Chapter 3 - Chapter 2: A New Beginning

The discovery that he had arrived in the Harry Potter world left Mohit in an excellent mood.

However, excitement alone would not guarantee success.

This world was far more dangerous than most people realized.

Ancient dark wizards, cursed artifacts, magical creatures, secret organizations, and beings capable of altering reality all existed here.

If he wanted to benefit from the opportunities this world offered, he needed a proper foundation.

Standing in a quiet corner of London, Mohit began planning his next steps.

The first problem was identity.

Without a legal identity, attending Hogwarts would be impossible.

Fortunately, that problem was easy to solve.

His DNA System granted him perfect control over his body.

Within moments, his appearance began to change.

His height decreased.

His facial structure became younger.

His body gradually transformed into that of an eleven-year-old boy.

The transformation was flawless.

There were no traces of magic.

No magical signature.

No evidence whatsoever.

To anyone who saw him, he was simply an ordinary child.

After completing his transformation, Mohit spent several days gathering information about local orphanages.

Eventually, he selected one located on the outskirts of London.

Using a combination of careful planning and subtle manipulation, he established a complete background for himself.

Birth records.

School records.

Medical records.

Everything necessary to create a believable identity.

With that finished, Mohit officially became another forgotten orphan in the eyes of society.

Exactly as he intended.

Nobody paid attention to forgotten children.

And that suited him perfectly.

The following weeks passed peacefully.

During the day, Mohit gathered information about the world.

At night, he trained inside his personal spaces.

The Gamer System transformed growth into measurable progress.

Every challenge generated experience.

Every victory generated rewards.

Every achievement pushed him further forward.

His Farm Space also developed rapidly.

What had once been a simple pocket dimension was gradually evolving into a self-sustaining world.

Fields of crops stretched across fertile plains.

Fresh water flowed through rivers and lakes.

Various animal species inhabited carefully prepared environments.

A dedicated management fairy oversaw routine operations under the supervision of the system's artificial intelligence.

As resources accumulated, the Farm Space continued expanding.

New regions appeared.

Forests.

Grasslands.

Mountain ranges.

Lakes.

Each addition increased its overall value.

Mohit no longer had to worry about food, money, or basic resources.

His foundation was becoming increasingly stable.

One rainy evening, Mohit's routine changed unexpectedly.

As he walked through a poorly maintained district near the city outskirts, he heard shouting.

Several men stood inside a narrow alley.

Their expressions immediately raised his suspicions.

A frightened teenage girl was trapped between them.

Fear filled her eyes.

The men surrounding her were clearly not interested in helping.

Mohit's expression darkened.

Human traffickers.

He had encountered similar individuals in other worlds.

They were among the people he disliked most.

The men noticed him standing at the entrance of the alley.

One of them laughed.

"Get lost, kid. This doesn't concern you."

Mohit calmly activated Observation.

The information appearing before him confirmed his suspicions.

Without hesitation, he stepped forward.

The traffickers never understood what happened.

A few seconds later, all of them lay unconscious on the ground.

To ordinary people, the scene would have appeared impossible.

Mohit's movements had been too fast to follow.

The girl stared at him in shock.

Her breathing remained uneven.

Fear still lingered in her eyes.

Mohit crouched beside her and offered his hand.

"It's over."

For several seconds, she remained frozen.

Then she slowly accepted his hand.

The tension in her body gradually disappeared.

"My name is Emily," she said quietly.

Mohit nodded.

"Mohit."

The girl lowered her head.

"Thank you."

He simply shrugged.

"You don't need to thank me."

For him, helping her had been the obvious choice.

Unfortunately, the world rarely operated according to what was right.

As the rain continued falling, Mohit learned more about her situation.

Emily was an orphan.

She had nobody she could rely upon.

No family.

No safe place to stay.

No future she could confidently look toward.

The more Mohit listened, the more he understood why she looked so desperate.

After a long silence, Emily finally asked the question that had been troubling her.

"What should I do now?"

Mohit looked at the darkening sky.

Then he looked back at her.

"If you want to, you can stay with me for now."

Emily's eyes widened.

"Really?"

"Really."

For the first time since they met, a genuine smile appeared on her face.

At that moment, neither of them realized how important this meeting would become in the future.

For Mohit, Emily was simply someone he had helped.

For Emily, however, the mysterious boy standing before her represented something she had not experienced in a very long time.

Hope.

And sometimes, hope was far more valuable than any treasure.
