Chapter 117 - It's poisoned

​As evening settled over the sanctuary, the servants began filing in. They were all young, low-ranking female foxes with only two tails, their heads bowed low in submission as they carried wooden trays filled with steaming ceramic bowls of soup, small flasks of essential oils, and fresh linens. 

The reason the crimson fox prided themselves as superior primitive beings was because they had managed to grasp the art of making proper living quarters as well as eating food that wasn't raw, as well as exploiting ingredients. 

Hana was curious how they evolved their thinking but wasn't ready to read their history.

As they filed in, none of the servants dared to look up at Caspian's massive frame or Kulu's intimidating gaze. His wings were no longer steeled and had now softened but they were not any less majestic.
