Gojo walked up to the roof with Ijichi, as Utahime and Gakuganji were waiting, and he said, "Well then, it's about time we get started. Utahime. Gramps."
Ijichi placed his hands on the floor behind Gojo, forming a barrier as Utahime began dancing, making hand signs and incantations.
The mastery of Jujutsu can be said to be the mastery of subtraction. The skill of a Sorcerer can be judged based on their ability to omit prerequisites like hand signs or incantations in order to fully activate their technique. Naturally, this means that using such things while at a level where it is no longer necessary will boost the effects of the technique.
Gojo then made a hand sign and chanted, "Nine Points. Polarised Light. Crow and Shomyo. The Gap Between Within and Without. Holow Technique: Purple."
Satoru Gojo also fulfils all chants and incantations that were once necessary to increase the effects of his technique.
He fired off a 200% Hollow Purple as it vaporised the buildings between him and Sukuna, who threw up his arms blocking the attack as dust billowed up from the impact. Sukuna stepped out of the rubble, his hands burnt from the attack, one of his hands completely burnt off, as he began healing them.
Satoru Gojo is not a Player in the Culling Game. Due to this, he cannot trigger the effects of Rule 17...
Gojo smirked as they began floating down towards Sukuna and said, "Seems you've got the wrong idea here, so let me just set things straight. You're the challenger here."
Sukuna stared at him and said, "You damned brat."
But... now that Sukuna perceived him and desired to fight him, the effects of Rule 17 activated.
Sukuna smirked and thought, 'I'll save that technique for later. Let's have a taste first.'
Sukuna then said, "You seem quite pleased to have hit a surprise blow. Satoru Gojo. You are just a fish on a cutting board. Only a bit more lively than the others, a nameless fish."
Sukuna got into a stance, funnelling cursed energy to his fists and saying, "I'll start by getting rid of your scales."
Gojo looked off his haori, revealing a top reminiscent of the one Toji wore when he fought him and said, "Even if I know who that kid you're using is and what he means to Kiyotaka, I know that you've failed to die with Kiyotaka once. So I won't worry about the kid until after I've killed you."
Sukuna rushed into launching a kick as Gojo blocked it. Sukuna went in for a punch, but Gojo disappeared, appearing below him, lying on the ground.
Gojo made a hand sign and swiped his hand as Sukuna was sent flying into a wall.
Sukuna looked to the wall, seeing it crack as he was pushed through it. He got on his feet as Gojo stood on the platform, and then it cracked in a square around them. It fell as Gojo stood in mid-air, made a hand sign and swiped his hand, sending it flying towards a building. Sukuna managed to get free and avoid crashing into the building as he ran and made a hand sign, chanting, "Dismantle".
Gojo dodged it as the building behind him was cut, and then blocked a punch from Sukuna with Infinity, but then Sukuna's fist bypassed Infinity, and Gojo thought, 'Domain Amplification?'
They smashed through the window of the falling building as a door came of it's hingls in between them, and they charged up Cursed Energy before slamming their fists into it.
When the debris settled, they stepped out of the dust, and Gojo said, "I'm gonna blame you for all the damage."
Sukuna smiled and asked, "Do you really think anyone will believe that?"
Gojo then made a face of realisation, saying, "Oh shit! Mei-san's recording the entire fight, isn't she?"
Sukuna chuckled at this.

Everyone looked to the screen, seeing that Sukuna was using Domain Amplification to bypass infinity as Choso said, "Domain Amplification..."
Kiyotaka then said, "You create a barrier around yourself without imbuing a Cursed Technique into it, which allows your opponent's Cursed Technique to flow into it. If you managed to coat your entire body, then you could remove the effects of the sure-hit of any opponent's Domain."
Yuta then asked, "Can you do that, Ayanokoji?"
"Yeah. I call it Full Body Domain Amplification, but that's not all there is to it. If you draw out your innate domain, then it'll also let you fight at the same level you would be able to in your Domain Expansion, with the trade-off that you wouldn't be able to use your Cursed Technique."
Kiyotaka said this as Megumi held his chin and said, "That's not actually a bad trade-off. He can't make it through Gojo-Sensei's Infinity using his Cursed Technique, so it makes sense to trade it off for the ability to hit Gojo-Sensei."
Kusakabe then asked, "So, is there a chance that Sukuna can do that?"
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "There is a likely possibility, but there are a lot of calculations that need to be put into learning it, and then there needs to be a lot of training through muscle memory. I can manage it on the first try because I'm me. Whether Sukuna could do it is something that I'm not sure about."
They looked nervous as Kiyotaka said, "Even if he can do it, he'd be fighting Gojo-Sensei without his Cursed Technique. Learning Full Body Domain Amplification is not exactly an advantageous use of his time."
Miwa then asked, "If Sukuna can't get past Infinity with his Cursed technique, then why not just use his Domain Expansion. I mean, his Cursed Technique burnout doesn't matter."
Ui Ui then asked, "Could it be that Sukuna doesn't think he can win against Satoru Gojo in a Domain Battle?"
Shoko rejected this idea, saying, "If that were the case, Gojo would already be using Domain Expansion. I'd find it hard to believe that Gojo wouldn't be able to see that, what with the Six Eyes and his shitty personality."
Kiyotaka then said, "Actually, Ui Ui might be right. But at the same time, expanding a domain isn't a good idea for Gojo-Sensei just yet."
Nobara looked to him and asked, "Why?"
"Because Sukuna has a Domain Expansion without a barrier."
Kiyotaka said this as Kuskabe stared in shock, shouting, "Huh?! Bullshit!"
Kashimo looked serious, saying, "I can't believe that."
Hakari looked annoyed, saying, "That's insane."
Yuta then said, "That's absurd, right?"
Miwa also looked shocked, asking, "Is it that crazy?"
Kusakabe then said, "Miwa. Toss me that water."
Miwa grabbed a bottle, throwing it to him, saying, "Okay. Here you go."
Kuskabe then said, "What're you doing?" as he threw it back to her.
Miwa looked confused, asking, "Didn't you tell me to toss it to you?!"
Kusakabe then said, "I said [Toss me the water]. Not the bottle."
Miwa considered it for a second before walking to him and spraying the water in his face, as Mei Mei then said, "Expanding a Domain without closing a barrier is just like that. With no container, can water accumulate? Can you paint on empty air without a canvas? It's like using software without any hardware. At any rate, it's completely impossible."
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "It is completely possible."
Choso nodded, saying, "Noritoshi Kamo has a Domain without a Barrier."
Everyone looked at him, thinking, 'Kenjaku?!'
Ui Ui glared at Kiyotaka and Choso and shouted, "You dare contradict my Elder Sister?!"
"My Domain is an Open Barrier Domain as well."
Kiyotaka said this as the entire room went silent, and Cjhoso internally thought, 'That's my little brother!!! Impressive as always!'
Yuta looked to Kiyotaka and asked, "Are you serious? How... how did you manage that?"
"I used Sukuna's Domain Expansion. The one he used in Shibuya as a template, and after some advice from Tengen-sama, I managed to figure it out. I can still eclose a barrier if I want, but it's not usually beneficial to do so."
Kiyotaka said this as they all sighed, and Nobara shouted, "You can't be serious! You've gotta be some kind of freak of Jujutsu."
"I was created by two of the most evil people in history. My father and Kenjaku, so I would actually say you're pretty close to the mark."
Kiyotaka said this as Yuki asked, "Wait... Domains are weak on the outside, right? Can't Sukuna just break Gojo-San's Domain from the outside?
Their eyes widened as Kiyotaka said, "He can. I personally used that strategy in the ANHS colony to make up for my lack of Domain Refinement."
They sweated thinking, 'That's not good.'
Ino then said, "You guys're talking about their Domains as if that's a given, but... that stuff devours an insane amount of Cursed Energy, doesn't it? So shouldn't they avoid usin' it up thoughtlessly?"
Inumaki simply said, 'Fishcakes."
Kiyotaka translated, saying, "It's just as Inumaki-Snepai said. Gojo-Sensei recovers Cursed Energy through natural replenishment faster than he uses it. In my opinion, even if he uses it multiple times, the drain won't be so significant. Maybe he'd run out if this fight were to drag on for several days. No, maybe a whole week. And that's under the assumption that he continuously attempts to expand his Domain, which isn't likely or a viable strategy."
Kusakabe then asked, "And what about Sukuna?"
Kashimo then said, "He's unreal. The sharpness of his Technique's activation, the way he can turn on a dime from using amplification to his Cursed Technique. If Satoru Gojo didn't have the Six Eyes, Sukuna would likely be winning in terms of Efficiency in utilising Cursed Energy."
Yuta then said, "That's more, his total Cursed Energy is even more than mine. Going purely off intuition, I'd say more than double."
Kiyotaka then said, "I'd say approaching two and a half times more."
Then his eyes glanced at the screen, and he said, "It's starting."
"Domain Expansion."
"Domain Expansion."

Gojo and Sukuna make their hand signs and chant, "Domain Expansion", and the barriers clashed.
From the struggle for dominance, it was clear that they were evenly matched, but... just as Kiyotaka had predicted, Sukuna's Domain extended further, and so he began attacking the outside of Gojo's Domain, but... the Domain didn't break.
Sukuna made a confused face as Gojo smirked, saying, "You just tried to use that strategy, right? Kiyotaka already prepared me for this."
Gojo appeared next to Sukuna and slammed his fist into his face as Sukuna was sent flying.
Sukuna steadied himself, saying, "Not bad, Satoru Gojo."
They began going into an exchange of blows as they both grinned.

Everyone looked as Megumi shouted, "The barrier didn't break?!"
Kiyotaka nodded and said, "It's a strategy I myself used. Did you think I wouldn't come up with a countermeasure? Gojo has inverted the structural integrity of his Domain. Now it can't be broken from the outside but only from the inside."
They looked shocked, saying, "An inverted Domain Barrier?!!"
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "Though whether Gojo-Sensei would be able to pull it off was up to him. After all, using myself as a metric for how easy it is to pull off isn't reliable at all."
Yuki looked stunned, saying, "Gojo-san managed to pull something like that off?"
Yuta smiled, saying, "Gojo-Sensei is amazing as always."

Gojo slammed his fist into Sukuna, who blocked with his arms as he was sent flying back.
Sukuna grinned as he aimed at the barrier, chanting, "Dismantle", while thinking, 'If your barrier is that strong on the outside, then it will shatter like glass from attacks on the inside.'
Gojo teleported between him and that section of the barrier, stopping the attack with Infinity and chanting, "Cursed Technique Reversal: Red!" as he fired a red as Sukuna, who dodged the attack and fired a dismatle at it, detonating it.
Gojo appeared next to Sukuna, who dodged a swing of Gojo's leg as he jumped and chanted, "Dismantle", while making a hand sign to create a wall of dismantles.
Gojo chanted, "Technique Amplification: Blue!" as he fired off a blue that drew in all the slashes as he smirked and said, "Aren't you a bit desperate to break the barrier, Sukuna?"
Sukuna smirked and said, "What an annoying brat you are."
Gojo smirked and said, "How about I destroy your barrier instead!"
Gojo rushed towards the shrine in the middle as Sukuna's eyes widened, thinking, 'Ayanokoji must have told him that the Shrine acts as a medium for the Domain!'
Sukuna fired off a dismantle at the barrier as it hit just as Gojo slammed his fist into the shrine and... both Domains fell.
Gojo and Sukuna both looked to each other and grinned, thinking, 'We're both on Cursed Technique Burn Out now. That's what you think, right?'
Gojo then chanted, "Techniue Reversal: Red!" as he fired off the attack,
At the same time, Sukuna chanted, "Dismantle", as the two attacks collided, cancelling each other.
They looked at each other, thinking, 'So you learned how to refresh your Cursed technique after a Domain from Kiyotaka.'
Ryomen Sukuna, from within Ayanokoji Kiyotaka, had seen him destroy his own prefrontal cortex and then heal it with the Reverse Cursed Technique. Satoru Gojo was later taught by Ayanokoji Kiyotaka on the concept. It was a strategy that could be considered a gamble for most. Satoru Gojo, through his talent, was able to achieve it in this fight.

Everyone who was watching looked shocked, saying, "What? How can they use their Cursed Techniques?!! They should be on burnout right now."
Kiyotaka then said, "They're healing their brains with the Reverse Cursed Technique to refresh their Cursed Techniques?"
Yuta looked shocked, saying, 'That's absurd, isn't it?"
"It requires a bit of focus, and the healing required takes much more skill than for ordinary uses of the Reverse Cursed technique."
Kiyotaka said this as Megumi asked, "Is it reliable?"
"Not in the slightest. Even I don't have a 100% sucess rate with it. It's a desperate gamble."
Kiyotaka said this as everyone turned back to the screen.

Gojo looked to Sukuna and smirked, asking, "You can expand it again, right?"
With their Cursed techniques refreshed, both attempted to expand their Domains again.
Gojo smirked, saying, "Let's start over", as he and Sukuna began attacking and blocking.
Gojo looked to Sukuna as a thin film of Cursed Energy dovered his entire body, thinking, 'Wait, Sukuna is... he's using a Full Body Domain Amplification?'
Sukuna smirked, thinking, 'I just barely figured it out just now.'
Usually, the use of any form of Domain Amplification makes the use of one's Cursed Technique, but once you add the Cursed technique to the Domain, the story changes.
They went into an exchange as Gojo thought, 'What?! Inside my Domain, Sukuna's Sure-Hit Cursed Technique seems to be turned off!!'
For Sukuna to destroy Satoru Gojo's Domain from the outside, he narrowed the range to increase the power. By getting rid of the Sure-Hit effect inside to enhance the power outside, and by touching Satoru Gojo to survive Invinite Void, Satoru Gojo's Domain collapses.
Sukuna smirked, saying, "Let's start again," as several slashes hit Gojo, pushing him back.

Megumi looked shocked, asking, "How?!!"
"We saw him reduce the range. He likely made a binding vow to increase the power in exchange for range."
Kiyotaka said this as Yuta said, "That shouldn't be enough to break the barrier, though."
"Then he was likely maintaining physical contact with Gojo-Sensei and turning off his Sure-Hit on the inside as a bonus to bridge the gap in power that was required."
Kiyotaka said this as Yuta gritted his teeth, and Kashimo then said, "Hey. If that guy dies, I'm really gonna go out and fight. Don't stop me."

Gojo smirked as Sukuna thought, 'The cuts are shallow.'
Gojo took a stance and said, "Kiyotaka taught me this. It's pretty awesome, you know."
Gojo said this as he refreshed his Cursed technique, and a thin layer of Cursed Energy formed around him.
Sukuna smirked and thought, 'A Full Body Domain Amplification. So you figured it out too.'

Kusakabe asked, "Is that the Anti-Domain Technique that you were talking about, Ayanokoji?"
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "Yes. He actually managed to figure out quite easily, actually. Teaching him how to use it was not difficult in the slightest. In terms of Full Body Domain Amplification, Gojo-Sensei holds the advantage. He's better at it than me."
Kiyotaka said this as everyone grinned at this.
Satoru Gojo's refinement was superior to Ayanokoji Kiyotaka's. A combination of this and Satoru Gojo's sheer talent allowed him to reach a level of Full Body Domain Amplification that surpassed even Ayanokoji Kiyotaka, the creator of that level of the Technique.
