Chapter 165: The Shark's Sharp Teeth! The Assembly Call in the Rainstorm
The wind howled and the rain poured down in torrents.
Behind them, the rampaging "rocketman" was like a crazed deep-sea giant shark, opening its bloody mouth made of steel.

Inside the driver's cabin, Franky slammed the control lever down, his eyes behind the sunglasses flashing with a crazed light.

Accompanied by the sound of twisting metal, the shark jaws at the front of the rocketman snapped shut.
It bit down hard on the last carriage of the "Puffing Tom" ahead.
Rumble!!!!
The violent impact caused both trains to shudder violently at the same time.
Sparks flew in the rain like brilliant fireworks.
The iron plating at the connection point instantly twisted and deformed, letting out a piercing scream.
"Waaah! Is it an earthquake?!"
Inside the rear carriage of the Puffing Tom, the Marine soldiers who had been standing ready were thrown off balance by the massive impact.

This was the place where the storm was most violent; the slightest slip would result in falling into the sea.

A figure moved at high speed through the rain curtain it was the CP9 rookie, Nero the Sea Weasel.
Dressed in a black tight-fitting suit and holding twin guns, he used the high-speed movement of the Six Powers to try and suppress his opponent.
"Die! Tempest Kick: Line!"
Nero kicked out violently, sending a sharp vacuum blade through the rain, heading straight for Sanji's face.

Sanji sidestepped the attack, one hand in his pocket, his cigarette not even extinguished.
He looked at the guy jumping around in front of him, his eyes filled with disdain:
"Hey, I'm talking to you."
"Can you only jump around like a monkey?"
Sanji exhaled a smoke ring, rain dripping down his blonde hair:
"You say you're a CP9 genius? Don't make me laugh.
"You don't even know the killing technique 'Finger Pistol' or the defensive technique 'Iron Body'..."
Sanji lifted his eyelids, revealing his icy blue eyes:
"A half-wit who only knows 'Four Powers' dares to call himself CP9? You look down on real killers too much."
"Bastard!! How dare you underestimate me!!"
Nero, whose sore spot had been poked, flew into a rage.
He was a CP9 rookie and hated it most when people said he was incomplete.
"In that case, let me show you my new move! Four Powers: Guerrilla!!"
Nero used "Moonwalk" to jump into the air, looking down from above, attempting to launch a sneak attack using gravity.
His body twisted strangely in the air as his twin guns aimed at Sanji's blind spot.
"Die! Cook!!"
Looking at the enemy descending from the sky, Sanji not only didn't dodge but instead let out a cold laugh.
"In the air? What a foolish choice."
Sanji's body suddenly crouched, and then those long legs exploded with incredible power.
"Want to play aerial combat? I'll accompany you to the end."
Sanji's figure performed an unbelievable second acceleration in the air, instantly appearing above Nero's head.
"What?! You can use Moonwalk?!" Nero looked up in horror.
In that instant, what he saw was not a cook, but a descending Shinigami.
Sanji's body spun rapidly in the air, his right foot raised high, his heel poised like a battle-axe.
"A first-class chef's mincing technique "

Sanji's heel, carrying immense force, slammed heavily onto the crown of Nero's head.

Nero didn't even have time to scream before he was driven straight down like a flattened nail.

The sturdy iron roof of the 3rd carriage was instantly smashed through.
Nero, along with countless fragments, fell into the carriage below like a cannonball, knocking over a large group of Marines preparing for an ambush.

Sanji landed lightly and brushed the dust off his pant legs.
Just as he said, there was no need to use his full strength.
Just as he finished off his opponent and was about to turn and run back to meet his comrades.

A voice tinged with a smile came from behind him.
Sanji looked back to see a black figure jumping over from the front of the rocketman, landing steadily on the slippery roof.

His trench coat was soaked by the rain, clinging to his body and outlining his tall, lean frame.
The unsheathed black blade was held in his hand, and his entire being radiated a reassuringly powerful aura.

"Is the path ahead cleared?"
Seeing his Vice Captain arrive, Sanji's tense nerves relaxed slightly.
He relit a cigarette that had been dampened by the rain:
"Yeah, though there were some disgusting noodles and a few jumping weasels... but they've all been handled."
Sanji pointed forward:
"Robin-chan is in the 1st carriage at the very front. The rest of CP9 are there."

Tatsuya's eyes sharpened as he waved his hand:
"Then don't keep the lady waiting. Everyone assault!!"

Inside the 3rd carriage.
Following the large hole Nero had crashed through, Luffy, Zoro, and the others jumped in right after.
"It's the Straw Hat crew!!"
"Fire!! Don't let them pass!"
The carriage was packed with elite Marine soldiers and government agents responsible for the escort.
Seeing the soldiers from the sky, though they were panicked, they still raised their flintlocks and swords.
Bang bang bang bang!
A dense volley of bullets came like raindrops.
"This kind of thing... is too slow."
Zoro rushed at the front, twirling the Wado Ichimonji in his hand into a beautiful blade flower.
"One Sword Style: Iai: Lion's Song!"

A silver flash of the blade passed through.
It didn't cut the people but precisely severed all the incoming bullets, and even the gun barrels in the hands of the front-row soldiers were sliced cleanly in half.

The carriage was cleared in an instant.
Just then, a few stragglers tried to climb in from the windows to launch a sneak attack.
Swish! Swish! Swish!
Several precise pellets whistled through the air, hitting those Marines right between the eyes.
"Waaah!" They screamed as they fell into the sea.
Everyone turned back to see a man wearing a sun mask and a red cape, striking an incredibly flashy pose with a giant slingshot in hand, standing at the top of the carriage connection.
"No need to thank me! You lost lambs!"
Sniper King sang out loudly:
"I am the partner of justice Sniper King! Wherever there is evil, there my bullets shall be!"
"Whoa!!! It's Sniper King!!!"
Seeing his idol, Luffy's eyes turned into stars again, even forgetting the battle just now:
"Sugoi!! You came to help too? That's awesome!!"
"Of... Of course!"
Sniper King flicked his cape with forced composure:
"For justice! For Miss Robin! I shall fight as well!"
Luffy ran around him excitedly.
Zoro and Sanji had expressions of "I'll just quietly watch you pretend," tacitly choosing not to expose him.
At that moment, Tatsuya finished off the last few enemies and slowly walked toward the door leading to the next carriage.
As he passed by Sniper King, Tatsuya's pace faltered slightly.
