"Imagine a boy who was only 11 days old when he lost his father in a tragic accident while his father was saving him. He grew up seeing nothing but his mother's sweat and hard work for him. That's how Kesal's life began. He wasn't a star student or a Rich Boy, so people treated him like a joke and a toy. Even his best friend Zake betrayed him and chose a better option than him. But while they were laughing at him Kesal was grinding in secret. He ignored everything and worked hard and participated in wars and became the youngest General and the richest man in the nation. CHAPTER 1:
Once, somewhere in the world, there was a boy called Kesal. He had no father, because his father died in a truck accident while saving him, when he was only 11 days old. He had only his mother, who worked so hard for him, day and night. The boy was average in his studies, because he was more interested in things like editing, which he did for fun. But he was always good at strategy games, where he had to defeat many enemies alone while he was a "joke" in school, he was a famous, anonymous player online that even pro gamers feared. He was not good at sports, nor was he as good-looking as those around him.
However, he was kind-hearted on the inside. On the outside, he showed everyone a cold-hearted personality and acted like a joke. Because he could not stand to see anyone sad, he tried to make everyone laugh, but people simply thought he was a joke. His friends usually ignored him, but he never seemed to understand why.
During this time, he made a friend named Zake, and they had much fun together. They played games all night and exchanged numbers. At that time, Kesal was only 14 years old and still in school. Kesal always told his friend Zake that he never studied and claimed it was just luck that he passed his exams. In reality, Kesal earned 60–70% in exams, while his friend Zake earned 50%.
One day, they promised they would be best friends forever and never leave each other. Kesal told him they could say anything to one another, even use bad words, but their friendship would never end.
Kesal always acted rich in front of his best friend Zake, telling him made-up stories and sharing his imagination. His best friend Zake believed him, and they shared many stories. However, Kesal never noticed that Zake never told him about his own life; he only tried to learn more about Kesal. They were friends for about four years, but it felt like a ten-year bond. They played imagination games during their free time at school, such as pretending they were controlling neighboring countries and acting like they were king and were in battle, but only in imagination.
But, when they were promoted to the next grade, Zake usually did not come to school, appearing perhaps once a week. Conversely, Kesal was only absent once a week, but he never noticed anything was wrong. He remained happy whenever they talked. In the middle of the school year, however, things changed. Zake began to leave Kesal behind, ignoring him and making other friends, going out with them, and calling them instead. Kesal was unhappy.
Whenever they did meet, Kesal was so happy he could not control himself; he told him funny things that happened with him during that time period and shared more imaginary stories, like claiming his cousin bought a Ferrari or that he owned many houses in a wealthy neighborhood. But Zake showed no reaction and seemed bored. Kesal realized that the people who are now considered "best friends" of Zake were actually just using him for information and his money. Kesal tried to warn him, but he was ignored.
One day, something significant happened. Zake complained to the principal before lunch break time. Zake claimed that some students had brought cigarettes to school and asked the principal to check their bags. After lunch, the principal and teachers searched the classroom and found a cigarette in a bag of those students. When the principal found it, he called Zake and the accused students, who were named by Zake, into his office.
However, the students turned the tables, accusing Zake of planting the cigarette in their bags to frame them. No one trusted Zake, and the principal suspended him.
Kesal was very sad when he heard the news and made a call to Zake when he arrived home. However, Zake only said bad words about the teachers and the principal. Kesal did not like talking about those things; he wanted to talk about life and play games, but Zake was no longer interested in those topics. This continued for about a week. On the eighth day, Zake sent Kesal a picture of a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Kesal said, "It's fake. How could you have it? It's a joke, right?" Zake replied, "You're not a friend. Friends are always happy for their friend's happiness. I am finished with you." Kesal slowly began to understand the situation. He replied, "Okay, if you want to end it, then end it. Bye." After that day, he never messaged him again.
Kesal completed school and received invitations from prestigious foreign colleges like Harvard. He accepted, studied there, and earned the highest marks, though he told no one. Later, after completing college, he joined a university in foreign to continue his studies.
While there, he saw a beautiful girl and fell in love with her, but she did not love him back. He tried to stay near her until he saw her with another boy, at that point he began to ignore her and realize the reality. When Kesal continued to ignore her, she also wanted to stay away from Kesal, and Kesal realized.
After that day, people tried to bully him, but he ignored them. On the day of graduation, Kesal arrived at the graduation party, but no one gave him attention. Kesal already expected that because he was poor.
After the graduation party ended, Kesal went home. He was facing so many problems and was hated by outsiders, but he never told his mother.
After 1 year, Kesal's mother died because she was having cancer. After Kesal's mother died, Kesal was heartbroken and couldn't stop himself from crying.
During this, war started in the world. This was unusual, because no one expected the war to start. When Kesal heard about the war starting, Kesal joined the military to serve for his nation till his death.
Kesal never wanted to join the military, but he joined because his mother died and he was having so much stress. Kesal just wanted to die.
But, when the war started, Kesal was controlling a unit of 14 soldiers who were not fully trained. But Kesal never gave up on anything. Kesal has a time limit of one week, at which time he has to train his soldiers.
Kesal trained his soldiers very well, day and night. On the day of war, Kesal got a mission to attack a group of 76 enemy soldiers. Kesal gathered all 14 soldiers in his camp and told them the situation. Right now, they all said they will be with him till death. After seeing this, Kesal was so emotional and started making plans with them.
Kesal planned to control the supply side of the enemy. In this mission, Kesal deployed his 9 soldiers who will complete this mission at the time limit of 2 hours, which was very limited time, but everyone knows this is a serious matter and they all agreed. Kesal's soldiers completed the mission in the time limit and took control over the enemy's supply base.
When the enemy heard it, they were likely to kill them at any cost, but Kesal ordered all his soldiers to surround the enemies' camps. When enemies were so angry and were going to attack, Kesal personally came to his soldiers and ordered them to fire at them with no mercy. Kesal's soldiers followed his command and fired with no mercy. The enemies were not ready, but Kesal's soldiers showed no mercy and killed them all.
After that, Kesal attacks the enemy's main base and takes control of their bases.
When this news came out, everyone could not believe that a person, with his soldiers, could attack so many enemies and take control of all bases.
The war ended after that, and because of Kesal, his country won and Kesal was promoted to General rank. But he kept his wealth a secret, wearing average clothes and showing no expensive style. By then, he had already become the richest person in the nation, and the stories he told are now in reality.
