I stepped outside of the house to observe the new location. It was a good area and also close to Yasaka's house.
"Excuse me, are you Nae Flauros?"
I turned and saw an oni she had pink hair and was rather short for her race. She appears to be high class in strength. (A/N: She looks like Shuna from tensura.)
"Yes, I am Nae Flauros."
"Oh good, my name Toku. Lady Yasaka has tasked me with escorting you and your peerage to her, the devil ancestors may come as well if they desire."
"Alright give me a minute to gather everyone and check."
I walked back inside and into the living room.
"Well we're here. Yasaka wants to see us and sent a guide, probably as a formality. The guide said Runey and Big sis can come if they want."
Runeas's eyes were still glued to the tv screen. Not my problem if she becomes a tv addictic. It wasn't even invented last time she was awake. Heck radio wasn't even a concept last time she woke up.
"Alright master."
Seras seemed sad to stop watching the magical girl show. She was still being formal too, but she said it felt weird to call me by name so I let it slide. After all, she's indcredibly new to this whole supernatural thing.
"Eh, I'll stay here. I'll let Runey know what going on when she snaps out of… this."
"Let's go, Nya!"
Kuroka glommed onto me.
"I can't wait to see kuno again it's been too long."
"Aina you saw her 2 days ago."
"And that was two days too many, plus I will be her aunt someday I want to spoil her."
I just rolled my eyes and smiled. Yomihana just got up and walked silently behind us.
When we reached outside I saw the guide, Toku.
"Is this everyone?"
"Yes Runeas is… occupied with the television. And Kalana is there to inform her what's going on when she snaps out of… that."
"I understand. As you are probably aware, this is a formality. As you have been here before."
"Yeah I figured."
We followed her to Yasaka's estate.
"Daddy!"
I was slammed into by a tactical fluff missle, aka Kunou.
"Why are you back? You don't usually visit this often?"
"Did your mother not tell you we moved here our house is the big one over there."
I pointed at our house. Yes, our house is literally visible from Yaska's estate. Her house is also visible from ours. I'd be tempted to live at Yasaka's but that should wait till something more official.
"Yay, I get to see you more often!"
I couldn't help but smile. She's so damn cute.
"Alright, Kunou can you lead us to your mother?"
"Yes!"
She started leading the way.
"Uh..Master? Who and what is that girl and why does she call you daddy? You don't look old enough to be her father."
"That is Kunou she's Yasaka's daughter. She and Yasaka are Nine-Tailed Foxes a type of extremely powerful youkai. And she calls me daddy because…"
"Nae saved her when she was younger and she latched onto him. He tried to get her to call him big brother, but she said a daddy protects better. It a child's logic but it stuck. This led to the current situation of Yasaka, the Leader of the East Youkai, to be pursuing my brother."
"And this isn't… Oh wait, you said harems where common for the supernatural."
"Yes indeed."
We followed Kunou through the hallways and arrived at Yasaka's office.
"Kunou why don't go play with your Aunt Aina? This will probably be boring adult stuff?"
*Bleck* she made a disgusted face.
"Lets go Aunty Aina!"
Kunou ran off. Aina followed after with a smile.
I knocked on the door and waited for a reply.
"Come in."
I opened the door, and we walked in.
"Nae I see Kunou guided you here."
She gave me a sultry smirk.
"Yes she did the little fox is adorable as usual."
"Yes she is yes well. I will be here unless Rias needs me for something. My initial stay had 2 conditions. One of them was helping Rias get stronger, the other is to find members for my peerage. But with our… newly established relationship. I should be able to stay here without excuses. I'll just consider it moving out until I have to take over for my father. I shouldn't have to until my father dies anyway. Who knows if I have a kid before he dies I might just pawn the job off on them. Personally I don't want to run the Flauros family."
"Really? I would not expect that from you."
"Well, I'm similar to my ancestors in that aspect. I value my freedom and love tinkering. Paperwork and management would be a pain frankly."
"Yes, it is indeed a pain."
*clap*
"Anyway there is a new face here. Aren't you going to introduce her?"
"Yes, this Seras Victoria she is my new rook."
"Hmm, she is only mid class in strength, and is a reincarnated devil. You usually seem to gravitate to higher strength for peerage recruitment."
"Yes, well thats true, but I took her in as a request."
"Who requested you take her in?"
"Alucard."
"Ah that explains it. So the old bat has turned a third person. So that's why extreme potential. What did he offer in return for allowing him to get milk and cigarettes?"
That was funny but accurate way to put it.
"He offered a favor. Which, along with the previous one he owed me, I told him to set his kids straight."
"He complained, didn't he?"
"Yep until I told him some information I came upon."
"Oh?"
"Apparently one of his descendants under the Tepes faction has awakens the grail, and since it's a girl well you know the Tepes clan's policies."
"As the only vampire who has to bare the weight of the souls of those he drains. He must've taken pity on her. She would have no knowledge of how to partion or manage the souls and memories gained through the grail.
"Because he hadn't passed on that power or the technique because he didn't pass it on. The grail awakening in a Dhampire was never in his calculation."
*sigh*
"Despite how he acts now, he still a sentimental and tortured person."
*clap*
"But enough talk about the sad, overcompensating bat. I would like to invite you and your peerage over for dinner."
"Kalana might come along, but Runeas is probably going to be too busy bingeing all 30 of the current seasons of Serafalls magical girl show and probably the movies."
"… I don't know which god, but they should help us."
"It will be fine, worst case scenario she just becomes a second serafall, which she kinda already is minus the magical girl outfit."
"That's… fair. I've never met Runeas but I've heard about her from your ancestor."
"Well I'll go let Kalana know about dinner and be back. Seras why don't you go play with Aina and Kunou. Yomihana… Yasaka would it be okay if Yomihana watched your guards train or spar with them?"
"Should be fine as long as no one dies."
Yomihana just nodded and wandered off. I hope she can find them.
"Well I'll go get Kalana, oh and don't be suprised when I call her Big sis, she will hit me and I'd prefer not to be sent flying by a transcendent class entity."
She just giggled slightly. The foxy momma is going to tease me later I can tell.
"How is she not in the top 10, I know it's propaganda but Sirzechs and Ajuk are on it and they are only maou class and are weaker than her. You'd think they want to advertise having someone that strong."
"To be fair to Ajuka, and my cousin. Do you want to deal with a pissed of trancedent class entity."
"Alright point taken on that. Go grab Kalana dinner will be in an hour."
A/N: boom second chapter yeah I know what I said in authors notes last time but I try to stick to my word limits if I can get to a good stopping point. R-18 next time definitely… if not then chapter after. I'm not trying to delay it's just timing maters. Plus I would prefer for my wrists to not scream at me for typing too much.
