Chapter 118 - The Servant Gun - Jane Powers, turn 487

arrange a first contact by expanding outside the anomaly that prevents element zero based tech from working which covers what would have been system alliance space

You gather your inner circle in the mansion's strategic planning room, your seven-and-a-half-foot frame commanding attention as you take your position at the head of the massive table. The holographic display in the center shows your solar system's new position in the Mass Effect galaxy, with a glowing red boundary marking the anti-Element Zero field you've established around what would have been System Alliance space.

"According to the Mass Effect calendar, it's currently 2157 CE," you inform the assembled group. "The time is right to begin our expansion beyond our protective boundary."

Maxine steps forward, her enormous breasts straining against her lab coat as she activates a secondary display. "I've completed the remote-controlled drone program," she explains, gesturing to holographic models of perfectly human-looking androids. "These units are indistinguishable from actual humans, with fully functional biological components and realistic behavioral patterns. Each unit is controlled from our secure network but has autonomous decision-making capabilities within predetermined parameters."

"We've already positioned several scout vessels near the boundary's edge," Victoria adds, her business attire immaculate as always. "Initial scans indicate significant activity in nearby systems. Multiple species appear to be investigating the energy pulse from our anti-Reaper weapon."

Riveria Ljos Alf, your devoted elven Archmage, tilts her head thoughtfully, her enhanced curves evident beneath her shimmering gown. "The energy signature would be impossible to miss. They'll be searching for its source."

"Perfect timing," you smile, tracing a finger along the boundary on the holographic display. "We'll allow them to 'discover' us – our human drones will make first contact and establish initial diplomatic relations."

Shepard steps forward, her Spartan-enhanced frame radiating military precision. "We should have a cover story prepared for why we fired the weapon. Something believable but impossible to verify."

"An excellent point," Liara's holographic form flickers to life – an AI simulation based on your target, designed to help predict the real Liara's behaviors and reactions. "The other species will certainly question the nature of the energy pulse."

Miranda's fingers dance with magical energy as she considers the problem. "What about Prothean ruins? The Mass Effect species hold them in high regard."

"Yes," you nod approvingly. "We'll claim we discovered Prothean ruins that were subsequently destroyed by a volcanic eruption. Before they were destroyed, we found a warning about the Reapers. We weren't sure if it was true, but decided to take precautions just in case."

"A perfect blend of truth and fiction," Grace approves, her Leadership Collective programming evident in her confident stance. "Unverifiable yet plausible enough to establish credibility."

"From first contact until 2183, we'll play nice," you continue, outlining your vision. "Diplomatic relations, cultural exchanges, trade agreements – all while positioning our assets and studying their weaknesses."

Dr. Nina Holbrook, chief of your bioweapons division, speaks up. "I'll begin development of targeted bioweapons for the Yahg and Vorcha. Their primitive and violent nature makes them unsuitable for transformation or alliance."

"The Leviathans will need special attention as well," Kaguya adds, her Rinne-Sharingan eyes glowing softly. "Their telepathic abilities pose a unique threat to our operations."

"And any Collectors that survived the weapon firing," Yamato notes, her modified One Piece warrior's frame leaning forward intently. "Though I expect few remained after our strike."

"We should also locate any surviving Rachni eggs," Nico Robin suggests, her blue eyes sharp with intelligence. "They could be valuable assets if properly controlled."

"Agreed," you nod. "In 2183, we'll move to the next phase – capturing our priority Asari targets. Liara, both her parents Matriarch Benezia and Matriarch Aethyta, Justicar Samara, and her daughters, including Morinth."

"They'll be brought directly to you for personal transformation," Victoria confirms with a knowing smile.

"And our casus belli?" Shepard inquires.

"Batarian slaver attacks," you answer with a cruel smile. "Their aggressive nature makes them perfect scapegoats. We'll manipulate them into attacking key targets, then use the escalating violence as justification for military intervention. The other races will feel compelled to interfere – placing them all within our reach."

"The perfect trap," Miranda purrs, magical energy dancing around her fingers. "By the time they realize what's happening, it will be far too late."

"Indeed," you confirm, surveying your loyal inner circle with satisfaction. "Let the first contact begin."
