"I've called this meeting to discuss several imperial matters," you announce once everyone is seated. "First, fleet expansion. Our current five fleets are insufficient for an empire spanning multiple universes."
Gion leans forward. "What scale of expansion are you considering, Jane?"

Gion's eyes widen. "That's... formidable. And additional support vessels?"
"At least 500 additional vessels distributed among Epoch-class heavy carriers, Orion-class assault carriers, Poseidon-class light carriers, Marathon-class heavy cruisers, Valiant-class super-heavy cruisers, Autumn-class heavy cruisers, and various destroyers and frigates."
"Consider it done," Gion nods, already mentally allocating resources.
"Next," you continue, turning to Cynthia. "The Pokémon world requires governance. Cynthia, I'm appointing you as queen of the Pokémon world."
Cynthia gasps, her enormous breasts heaving with the sudden intake of breath. "Queen? I... I'm honored, but I don't have administrative experience at that scale."
You look to Maxine. "You'll provide her with the necessary knowledge and skills, while ensuring she has time for her passions—Pokémon battles, training, and serving me."

"Regarding travel," you continue, "I'm restricting access to the Pokémon world to my harem only. However, Gion, you have authority to temporarily lift this restriction if military movement is required."
"Understood," Gion replies crisply.
"I also want a new vessel class designed—tricarriers. They're upgraded helicarriers with underwater capability and limited space flight to the moon and back. Each should be capable of destroying ten standard helicarriers. I want one for every planet with a fleet of ten helicarriers each."
Victoria taps notes into her tablet. "Construction timeline?"
"Priority project," you answer. "Additionally, I want a personal fleet centered around a Universe-class carrier—an upgraded Galaxy-class that can carry two Galaxy-class carriers and a tricarrier, escorted by four helicarriers, sixteen Infinity-class carriers—eight inside the Galaxy-class—and 160 frigates."
"Why not include the 500 additional vessels in your personal fleet?" Victoria asks.
"What I've described is already overkill for most situations," you explain. "In cases where it isn't, I'd bring multiple fleets anyway. The additional vessels would be redundant and create logistical issues."
"And the tricarriers?" Maxine inquires.
"For situations like the One Piece world, where a spaceship would either stand out or ruin the experience," you clarify.
