Chapter 225 - Mountain-Burning Wings, the Utterly Chaotic Red Dragon Father.

"Even for gold and Silver Dragons who are naturally righteous, if they were in Garros's position, they might not necessarily have done better than him."

The voice of the Red-Silver Dragon Deborah flowed like a clear spring, sincere and firm.

"Please respect him just as you respect me—he is not a 'naturally evil Red-Iron Dragon,' but a warrior who has held fast to his principles despite enduring trials."

She stared at her parents, a stubborn light flickering in her dragon eyes.

"This child must have suffered a great deal during his growth."

Seemingly influenced by Deborah's words, Serena looked at the Red-Iron Dragon with a look of pity.

The Silver Dragon was also slightly moved.

Due to the prevailing trend among Metallic Dragons, they had both considered adopting Evil Dragons, leading them to reform and guiding them toward good.

Pity, what a pity.

If Garros were a Hatchling or a Young Dragon, they would likely have chosen to adopt him.

But Garros was already a Young Dragon, past the age where he could receive a normal upbringing. Moreover, he seemed to have his own ideas, unlike ordinary Evil Dragons.

The Silver Dragon's expression softened further, like melting ice and snow.

"Garros is not a bad dragon!" The Fairy Dragon Vera suddenly flapped her wings and flew over, her small face tense as she swore, "I vouch for him in my own name!"

A Planar Dragon. The Silver Dragon and the Copper Dragon had already noticed the Fairy Dragon's presence, but their focus had previously been on Garros.

Now the atmosphere had eased.

The Silver Dragon looked at the Fairy Dragon who had interrupted and asked, "Fairy Dragon, why are you in the Material Plane? I recall that you live in the Feywild."

The Fairy Dragon replied candidly, "I was accidentally swept over here by spatial turbulence."

"Do you want to go back?"

The Silver Dragon said suddenly, "If you wish to return to the Feywild, to your homeland, I can help."

Helping the weak was something that Lawful Good Dragonkin occasionally liked to do. Besides, the Fairy Dragon was of their own kind, and within his capabilities, the Silver Dragon felt he could help her return to the Feywild.

Vera was stunned, then became distressed.

"I want to, but I also don't."

She struggled, "I miss the Unicorn Elder, I miss my fairy companions, but I also cannot bear to leave here."

The Silver Dragon did not urge her.

"I will give you time to consider it."

He said.

Upon hearing this, the Fairy Dragon Vera continued to struggle in place.

Meanwhile, the Silver Dragon examined the vicious, blade-like features on Garros's body, as well as the characteristics belonging to both Red Dragon and Iron Dragon, and suddenly asked, "Are you the offspring of the Steel Queen and Mountain-Burning Wings?"

The Silver Dragon had been to the Serel Wilderness and had some understanding of the Evil Dragons there.

The Steel Queen was an adult Iron Dragon with a Life Level of around 16, while Mountain-Burning Wings was a Mature Adult Dragon, whose age and Life Level were roughly the same as the Silver Dragon Frosttrace.

Mountain-Burning Wings?

Garros had never heard of this title, but he was very familiar with the Steel Queen.

— The thralls of the Iron Dragon Mother Laetitia revered her as the Steel Queen.

"My mother is the Steel Queen you speak of. As for my father, I do not know him; perhaps it is indeed Mountain-Burning Wings."

Garros said.

The Iron Dragon Mother had never mentioned the Red Dragon father, and he had no curiosity about a Red Dragon father he had never met, nor had he ever asked, so he did not know.

He had been without a father since birth.

Poor Evil Dragon.

However, not having the company of Mountain-Burning Wings was likely a good thing.

That guy was a natural-born bad seed.

Adrie's gaze turned cold and sharp, and he said slowly, "Mountain-Burning Wings, the Red Dragon Gorthax. I have fought him before and am very familiar with his aura. His aura is similar to yours."

A similar aura.

Unless there were some unexpected circumstances, it could basically be confirmed that there was a Bloodline inheritance.

Since Gorthax had been mentioned, Garros simply asked about the situation: "What kind of dragon is he?"

Serena stepped forward and lightly patted the hard arm scales of the Red-Iron Dragon: "Your father, he is a chaotic Evil Dragon through and through."

"Even among Red Dragons, there are very few madmen as violent, chaotic, arrogant, and ferocious as him."

"Destroying for the sake of destruction; ruining for the sake of ruin; killing for the sake of killing."

"The origin of his title comes from melting more than one mine belonging to the Lothern Federation into magma, killing all the guards."

The Silver Dragon sneered and said, "And he didn't do it for profit, nor for resources; he simply wanted to destroy something for fun and venting. Later, he paid the price for his violent actions, was tracked down and besieged by the powerhouses of the Lothern Federation, and only managed to break out and escape after a near-death experience. Now, his whereabouts are unknown."

Sounds like a fierce dragon.

But while fierce, he lacked rationality and acted recklessly without regard for consequences. It was too crazy. No wonder they said he was a chaotic Evil Dragon through and through. By comparison, the Red Dragon Samantha was much more well-behaved and sensible, Garros thought to himself.

Looking at the silent Red-Iron Dragon, the good dragon softened a bit, his cold and hard expression relaxing slightly as he reminded him:

"Even if it is his own offspring, that brute would never treat them any differently."

"If one day you smell an aura similar to your own, you had best hide far away immediately. Otherwise, I can guarantee that Gorthax will plunder all your wealth and even force you into slavery and servitude."

"If you provoke him, in his rage, it is even possible he will kill you outright."

Upon hearing the Silver Dragon's words, the Red-Iron Dragon's expression remained normal, and he only nodded slightly.

He had a similar Bloodline to Gorthax, but there was no father-son affection to begin with, let alone any debt of upbringing.

If they really met one day, and the Red Dragon Gorthax harbored evil intentions, he would show no mercy, and he would feel no guilt about beating his Red Dragon father to a pulp.

Garros never belittled himself.

With his talent, and given enough resources, it wouldn't take long before he had no need to fear a Mature Adult Dragon. Before then, as long as he didn't encounter the Red Dragon Gorthax, it would be fine. Judging by the Silver Dragon's meaning, the Red Dragon Gorthax was no longer in the Serel Wilderness, and probably not in The Borderlands either, so the probability of meeting him was negligible.

"Garros."

Adrie no longer called Garros the Red-Iron Dragon, but addressed him by his name, and their relationship invisibly drew a little closer.

A smile appeared on his face, and he said slowly, "When I first saw you, I admit I had some prejudices, but your performance has eliminated my prejudices. I am very surprised, and also very happy to meet a Hybrid Dragon like you."

Perhaps it was because Garros's life story evoked pity, or perhaps it was love for the house and its crow.

The Silver Dragon released some goodwill.

Garros felt his friendly attitude and responded accordingly: "The misunderstanding has been cleared up. Being able to live in harmony with Metallic Dragons is also my wish."

Seeing the rift between the Red-Iron Dragon and his father fade.

Deborah was genuinely happy and flicked her tail happily.

Immediately after, the atmosphere in Dragon Valley gradually became harmonious.

The Silver Dragon Adrie and the Copper Dragon Serena were quite curious about Garros's growth experience, and were also surprised that he was only a Young Dragon, yet possessed such an incredible physique and a Life Level that surpassed Gold Dragons of the same age.

Garros appropriately embellished and recounted his own experiences.

He understood Dragon nature deeply, and in the process of communication, he made the Silver Dragon and the Copper Dragon feel very comfortable, and their favorability slowly increased.

As for the special aspects of his body, Garros attributed them to his mutated Hybrid Dragon talent.

As time gradually passed, when the sky began to brighten and the color of the sky turned from deep black to gray-blue, the few dragons were already getting along quite harmoniously.

Adrie, in his human form, walked forward, seemingly having completely accepted the Red-Iron Dragon, and patted Garros's dragon scales with a chuckle.

Feeling their hardness and thickness, the Silver Dragon said, "Garros, among all the Young Dragons I have seen, you are the most special and the strongest. I am very curious, what kind of power is contained in this body of yours that looks like a war weapon."

He revealed a kindly smile and said gently, "How about we have a sparring match, stopping at the point of contact?"

Serena looked at the Silver Dragon strangely, then seemed to remember something, blinked her eyes, and chimed in, "Having a Mature Adult Dragon offer guidance is very beneficial for a Young Dragon like you. Adrie rarely is willing to guide Young Dragons."

The Silver Dragon chuckled, "It can't be called guidance, just a little sparring."

"I will not use class skills, nor will I use Spell-like Ability, I will only fight you using my Dragonkin body and basic combat techniques."

He smiled, "You might even have a chance to win against me."

Garros pondered in his heart, also a little curious about how much of a gap there was between himself and a Mature Adult Dragon of the Silver Dragon's tier.

A creature of Life Level 18, or possibly 19.

If encountered in the wild, Garros would inevitably choose to avoid a confrontation between kings and temporarily evade the edge, but as for now, the opportunity for a sparring match was truly rare.

He nodded and said, "Good."

Before the subsequent polite words were finished, Garros saw that the Silver Dragon Adrie first couldn't help but laugh out loud a few times, and then the smile on his face suddenly vanished, and his expression instantly became cold and hard.

Oh no! I was careless!

To think a Silver Dragon could bluff?! This old thing has ill intentions; he wants to take this opportunity to beat me up and vent his anger.

The Red-Iron Dragon reacted, his heart tightening.

But thinking of what the Silver Dragon had said—not using class skills or Spell-like Ability—he quickly calmed down again.

The words had already been spoken; Adrie would certainly abide by them.

The Silver Dragon was the strongest Sorcerer and Spellcaster among the main Dragonkin, but his physical strength was not top-tier. Fighting only with bodies, who would beat whom remained to be seen.

Garros was eager to try, his four limbs slightly crouching, his muscles tensing up.

Roar!

Adrie raised his head and let out a dragon roar, dispelling his Polymorph. His body expanded and grew larger, unfurling his huge silver wings, revealing his true form.
