After finishing his explanation, Sean pushed open the doors to the hospital himself and led Charlie and the others inside.
The reporters rushed after them immediately.
Then came the crowd of curious witches and wizards who had gathered outside.
The moment everyone entered the main hall, the entire building fell silent.
Even the reporters stopped speaking for several seconds.
The interior was breathtaking.
The marble floor gleamed so brightly it reflected the crystal chandeliers overhead like a mirror. Warm golden light poured down from dozens of floating enchanted lamps, making the entire hall look more luxurious than most pure-blood manors.
The atmosphere alone made people instinctively lower their voices.
Several witches subconsciously smoothed their robes while others nervously adjusted their hair.
Compared to the elegant surroundings, they suddenly felt embarrassingly shabby.
Soft sofas and polished coffee tables lined both sides of the hall for waiting guests. Delicate magical music drifted faintly through the air while enchanted flowers bloomed along the walls.
At the very end of the hall stood the reception counter.
Behind it stood a sweet-looking young witch wearing a fitted silver uniform specially designed by Sean.
The moment several reporters noticed her, their eyes brightened instantly.
Clearly, this "hospital" looked nothing like the grim magical clinics they were used to.
Behind the reception desk hung an enormous black crystal wall engraved with glowing silver words.
The moment the crowd read them, the hall erupted again.
"Minor Cosmetic Magic — 888 Galleons."
"Advanced Facial Reconstruction — 8,888 Galleons."
"Complete facial reconstruction unavailable without Gringotts authorization."
The reporters immediately began taking photographs wildly.
Flash after flash exploded throughout the hall.
"Eight thousand Galleons?!"
"That's robbery!"
"No ordinary wizard could afford this!"
"What kind of business is this supposed to be?"
"With decorations like this, shouldn't it be some luxury club instead?"
At that moment, a sharp-eyed woman stepped forward confidently from the crowd.
"Mr. Sebastian."
She adjusted her glasses while staring directly at Sean.
"My name is Rita Skeeter. Chief reporter of the Daily Prophet."
Several nearby reporters immediately stepped aside respectfully.
Rita smiled professionally.
"I can understand the pricing for the first service. But what exactly does the second restriction mean?"
Sean slowly stepped toward the center of the hall.
The moment he moved, the entire crowd unconsciously quieted.
"Our Gringotts Cosmetic Magic Hospital," Sean said calmly, "exists for witches and wizards who lack confidence in their appearance."
He spread one hand elegantly.
"We help our clients become the most ideal version of themselves."
The hall immediately filled with whispers.
Sean continued smoothly.
"As for Miss Skeeter's question…"
His expression became slightly more serious.
"We established this rule because certain criminals may attempt to escape magical law through facial reconstruction."
Several reporters immediately scribbled notes furiously.
"All clients may only alter fifty percent of their facial structure during one procedure," Sean explained. "A second reconstruction may only be performed after one full year."
Rita narrowed her eyes thoughtfully.
"But why would anyone spend this much money?" someone suddenly shouted from the crowd. "Can't you just drink Polyjuice Potion if you want a different face?"
Sean smiled faintly.
"No."
His voice carried complete confidence.
"It's entirely different."
He slowly scanned the crowd.
"Polyjuice Potion turns you into another person temporarily."
"Our procedures enhance what already exists."
Sean's calm voice seemed strangely persuasive.
"We adjust facial structure, improve balance, emphasize strengths, and soften flaws."
"Every client receives a completely unique reconstruction plan."
"We do not replace identity."
"We perfect it."
Several witches in the crowd visibly looked tempted already.
Especially after looking around the luxurious hall again.
Then Sean suddenly clapped his hands lightly.
"Next…"
He smiled toward Charlie and the others.
"Our four volunteers will demonstrate the process personally."
The reporters immediately exploded into excitement again.
The camera flashes became almost blinding.
Charlie and the others were instantly dragged into the center of attention.
And unfortunately for them…
…their appearance really was awful.
All four shared the same common pure-blood problems.
Square jaws.
Crooked teeth.
Protruding chins.
Awkward facial proportions.
Their features clashed together in a way that made people instinctively avoid staring too long.
Even the reporters unconsciously winced.
To be fair, Sean had noticed something similar a long time ago.
Most old wizarding families genuinely weren't attractive.
After generations of intermarriage and obsession with bloodlines, many pure-bloods ended up looking… unfortunate.
There was probably a reason so many books described ancient wizards as strange-looking.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this way please."
A beautiful blonde witch stepped forward gracefully before leading Charlie and the others toward the operating area backstage.
The reporters nearly climbed over one another trying to follow.
"The first stage is magical anesthesia," Sean explained while walking beside them. "During surgery, the patient will feel absolutely no pain."
"And thanks to healing magic and potion therapy, recovery is nearly instant."
Sean himself had been shocked when he first learned that.
In the Muggle world, facial surgery required months of recovery.
But in the magical world, most wounds could be healed within minutes.
With enough magic involved, cosmetic surgery practically became cheating.
Sean had specifically hired two professional Healers from St Mungo's to assist with the procedures.
Several minutes later, one of the witches approached Sean quietly and whispered something into his ear.
Sean nodded.
Then he turned toward the crowd outside the operating room.
"Alright, everyone."
A faint smile appeared on his face.
"The first operation is about to begin."
"Please witness the birth of a new era of magic."
With that, Sean turned and entered the operating room himself.
The room was surprisingly simple.
A single surgical bed stood beneath a floating pearl-like light source that illuminated everything with soft white radiance.
Charlie lay nervously atop the bed while two witches dressed in pale healer uniforms stood nearby.
The moment they saw Sean enter, both witches immediately looked at him curiously.
Even they seemed surprised someone this young was leading the operation.
Sean merely nodded calmly.
One of the nurses immediately walked over and pulled aside a massive curtain nearby.
Behind it stood an enormous enchanted glass wall.
On the other side of the glass, dozens of reporters and spectators waited eagerly.
The entire audience could observe the surgery clearly without interfering.
Sean gave the crowd a graceful bow before finally pulling out his wand.
Not his usual wand.
This one was silver-white and exquisitely crafted.
The Arthurian wand gifted by the system.
Sean had gone through enormous trouble preparing all this.
His real wand still carried the Trace.
There was no chance he would allow the Ministry of Magic to discover that an underage wizard was secretly performing advanced cosmetic reconstruction surgery.
If that happened, the Ministry would destroy his business immediately.
That was precisely why Sean had spent so much effort creating the Age Advancement Potion in the first place.
Taking a slow breath, Sean focused completely.
The operation began.
"First step," he said calmly, "dental correction."
With a smooth wave of his wand, several tiny incisions appeared inside Charlie's mouth.
The crowd outside gasped softly.
Then, under Sean's precise magic, Charlie's crooked teeth slowly softened and shifted into perfect alignment.
The transformation was immediate.
Even that small adjustment alone made Charlie look far more pleasant.
The reporters outside nearly pressed themselves against the glass.
Next came the jawline.
Western magical aesthetics preferred sharper masculine features, but Charlie's proportions were completely unbalanced.
Sean carefully adjusted the shape of his chin before refining the lower jaw structure little by little.
Under the effects of magic, Charlie's face gradually transformed before everyone's eyes.
Every adjustment became more harmonious.
More natural.
More attractive.
The ugly awkwardness slowly vanished.
Meanwhile, outside the operating room, the crowd had already fallen completely silent.
Nobody expected magic could accomplish something this unbelievable.
Even Rita Skeeter had stopped writing.
Her eyes remained fixed on Charlie's changing face in disbelief.
Finally, after completing the last adjustment, Sean stepped back and examined his work carefully.
Then his expression suddenly changed slightly.
"…Oops."
The two healer witches beside him looked back and forth between Sean and Charlie with completely stunned expressions.
Their mouths slowly opened into identical O-shapes.
Sean rubbed his forehead helplessly.
"I might've made him too handsome."
Charlie now looked like a completely different person.
Not only were his flaws corrected, but his features had become absurdly sharp and attractive.
He looked like the type of wizard girls would immediately chase across Hogwarts.
One of the nurses whispered blankly:
"…This is magic."
Sean coughed lightly.
"Suture it."
For a brief moment, he considered adjusting Charlie back slightly.
Then he thought about the reporters outside.
"…Never mind."
Sean nodded to himself seriously.
"If he's going in the newspapers, he might as well look good."
