Chapter 1 - The Day I’ll Finally Tell Her

"Today… today I will definitely tell her what's in my heart. No matter what happens, I'll say it."

Mom: "Son, have your breakfast… you have to go to school too."

Steave: "Okay, Mom."

After finishing his breakfast, Steave leaves for school.

On the way, the same question keeps running through his mind—

"Does Tanya love me too? No… whenever she sees me, she makes a face…"

But somewhere deep in his heart, another thought appears—

"Maybe my name exists somewhere in her heart too… What if she doesn't love me, but also doesn't hate me?"

Still, a voice inside his heart keeps saying—

"But today… today I will definitely tell her my feelings."

Steave is still on the road when suddenly a voice comes from behind—

Zay: "Steave! Today your dad didn't drop you off at school?"

A devilish smile appears on Zay's face as he and the two boys with him walk toward Steave.

Steave (slightly scared):

"N… no, Zay. He had some work."

Zay: "So you'll give me 5000 rupees, right? I want to buy a gift for my girlfriend."

That same strange smile is still on his face.

At that moment, only one thought runs through Steave's mind—

"I wanted to take Tanya on a date…"

Steave: "Zay… I really don't have anything."

Zay and his two friends stare straight into his eyes.

Zay: "Don't you understand the language of love? Wait… you son of—"

Suddenly Zay kicks him hard in the stomach.

A little blood comes out of Steave's mouth. He tries to speak—

"Zay… I really… don't have anything…"

Zay: "You idiot! Your father works at a big company, and you're his only heir! Of course you must have money!"

Zay prepares to kick him again—

But suddenly a boy wearing a cap jumps in between.

He blocks Zay's kick and punches him straight in the face. Then he strikes the other two boys with his elbows on their shoulders and stomachs. All three fall to the ground.

Zay (angrily): "You bastards! I won't spare you!"

Zay tries to move forward again, but one of his friends groans and says—

"Zay… we're already late. We can deal with them later."

Zay: "If I see you again… I won't spare you!"

He stands up in anger and runs away.

The boy wearing the cap walks toward Steave.

"Are you okay now?"

Steave: "Thanks, Pihu… If you hadn't come today, Zay would've beaten me to death."

Pihu: "You're not that weak… then why do you keep letting them beat you?"

Steave (with a faint smile):

"You're strong… that's why they seem weak to you."

Both of them start walking together.

After a while, Steave says—

"Pihu… today I'm going to tell Tanya everything in my heart. I'll say it directly— I love you."

Pihu: "Do you really think she doesn't know about that rumor?"

Steave: "It's just a rumor…"

Pihu: "Alright. Good luck, Steave. Make sure you tell her today."
