Gazing at Sarina's sleeping figure, Clara leaned in Adrian's arms as they both sighed in relief.
Only they knew how proud yet worried they had felt when Alexander had told them about how Sarina had gotten hurt while protecting their daughter, Rosalia.
Though Alexander didn't delve into the details on what actually happened and how exactly Sarina got hurt to this extent, just vaguely saying that she fought bravely to keep Rosalia safe, keeping them in dark on how she ruthlessly killed people from them.
Adrian and Clara also didn't blame Sarina for putting her life in danger for someone. They had always taught their children to be brave, kind and helpful; always putting others before themselves.
They felt very proud and grateful that Sarina had remembered those lessons at a time like that and courageously protected an innocent young girl who needed her help more than anything.
