Nighteye and All Might (in his skinny form) sat facing each other.
"If I hadn't seen that kind of future, would you have never meant to see me?"
After a long silence, Nighteye spoke first.
"I..."
All Might spoke slowly but couldn't get a single word out for a while.
"...Never mind. Let's talk business."
Nighteye let out a heavy sigh, his expression more serious than ever. "What I saw was Arthur's 'future'!"
Nighteye's Quirk was "Foresight."
He could only use it for one hour a day, and it let him see a person's future.
But with this ability, to see further into someone's future, the future images, which looked like a series of manga panels, would have bigger time gaps. For example, if Nighteye wanted to see someone's future fifty years from now, the first image he'd see would be them at 40, and the next would probably jump to when they were 50.
Ever since Nighteye saw the future where All Might would die several years ago, he decided never to use this ability to look at other people's distant futures again.
Today, what he used on Arthur was the ability to see the other guy's future within one month.

Because of that, the two had a huge argument. Nighteye had originally wanted Togata Mirio to inherit One For All.
Now, in the future he saw, Arthur was actually using One For All.
How could that not shock him and All Might?
"When you saw young Arthur using One For All... roughly when was it?" All Might asked in a low voice.
This was way too important. He had to figure it out.
"About a month from now. My ability can't get that precise, and I can't see exactly how he got One For All."
Nighteye's gaze was fixed. "One For All is a special Quirk passed down by the user's will. Unless Izuku Midoriya willingly transfers it to Arthur, that shouldn't be possible, right?"
"For Izuku Midoriya to willingly give One For All to young Arthur?"
All Might shook his head the moment the thought crossed his mind.
Even though Izuku Midoriya often seemed pretty weak, for him to give One For All to someone else was just impossible.
But if not that, then why could Arthur use One For All?

"Excuse us, Mr. All Might. We're the Yaoyorozu family security team. By sir Arthur's orders, we need to take Recovery Girl to a neighbouring city immediately," a bodyguard replied.
"Arthur again?"
Nighteye frowned and shouted, "Then take All Might and me with you!"
An hour ago, at the Shie Hassaikai headquarters.
Pet Shop and Chisaki Kai, who'd been fighting, had both gotten hurt, but in the end Pet Shop was the one who went down.
The Shie Hassaikai members, who'd already finished retreating, looked at Pet Shop nervously.
This damn bird... had actually managed to fight the second-in-command this hard.
"Second-in-command! Please just kill this bird already. Otherwise it'll chase us to the ends of the earth. More importantly, it'll be trouble if it goes back to report to Arthur!"
