Indeever's POV
I opened my eyes as slowly got up, starching my head, "Where am I?"
I opened the door slightly to peep out.
First, I looked to the right and then to my left.
I let out a sigh in relief as I tiptoed to the railing. Turns out that I was in a bungalow.
It has a lotus pond in the middle of the house!
"Wow!" My eyes widened, " This place is amazing!"
I turned back and froze up as my smile dropped, I saw Karthika in the air, upside down, her face facing mine.
"Hi.." I raised my hand awkwardly as Karthika turned normally and stood on the corridor.
She grabbed my hand and took me down FLYING, " Oh Godddddddd, please save meeeeeee!" As my grip tightened on her arm.
People ran into the Living Room as I collapsed on the floor as Karthika threw my hand of her wrist as I gasped for air.
Kriday comes up to me, " Are you ok, Indeever?"
He reaches out to check for injuries as I pushed his hand, "Fine, my foot! I got trapped into your fight with a DEAD granny in search of that cutie's number." I pointed at Karthika. She looked surprised hearing it.
I face palmed myself.
Kriday tries to calm me down, "Let me explain what had happened."
Then he narrates a whole Mahabharata and Ramayana like story to me.
I raised my hand to stop him as he almost starts the same story again, "I got it, You all have powers and you have to kill a corpse."
Mriganka barges in our conversation, " Actually, She is alive and well."
"Ok , Akkai, I understood it." I replied to her.
" Indraveer—" she stated.
I raised my hand to stop her, "It's Indeever, not Indraveer."
She nods, "Ok Annai."
I face palmed myself, " Annai means Mother in Tamil." I pointed my at her, " You, Akkai!"
"Ok, Indra—, " She pressed her eyelids tightly as she shook her head sideways, " Indeever, I understand it ."
Just then, a couple, probably in their 40's to 50's barges in.
The woman checked on every one but she looked at me confused as she points at me, "Who is he?"
The Man also looked confused.
Kriday wraps his arms around me, " He is my friend, Indeever Menon ."
He puts on a smile as he whispers, " Behave yourself."
I put on a smile and reached out to give her an handshake,"May God give you a—
Chiiiiii— Nice to meet you,auntie."
Then I gave the man an handshake, " Nice to meet you,uncle."
I asked uncle their names.
Uncle replied that his name is Irasvan Varma and his Wife's name is Shruti Varma.
" Nice names." I nodded, " But, I think that I know someone with Varma as their last name…" I scratched my head in confusion as Rudyash and a girl rushes in.
Wait— Rudyash's last name is Varma, So is his sister, Sharadvitha's.
So, they are his parents?
Rudyash scans the room to see if we are alright as the girl behind him walks to Sharadvitha.
" That girl looks innocent," I muttered, leaning towards Kriday, " She looks amazing."
Kriday leans in, " She is Amudha."
Wow, Rudyash Chetta bagged a stunning girl.
Rudyash looks shocked to see me as he asks how I ended up here.
"Well—", I hesitated but aggressively stated , " I met the others in the book store while you were on a date. I followed behind them as I wanted this cutie's number." I pointed at Karthika."But, I ended up witnessing the battle between them and the vampi—, sorry a old corpse and I ended up her."
Rudyash nodded and was about to go to Sharadvitha as I stopped him by stepping in his way, "By the way, how is your date? I want all the details."
"Why do you want to know about my date?" Rudyash looks at me seriously, "You don't need to know it."
He pushes me and goes to Amudha.
We watched a movie as an attempt to cheer up Aarush, who was grieving his young brother's death as Mr and Mrs Varma announced that we should be up by 3 in the morning so that we can make it to Aarush's brother's memorial.
"Memorial?" I turned to Mrs Varma, "The funeral was completed without Aarush getting the chance to see him for the last time?"
Mrs Varma's gaze turned to the floor as she muttered, "his body was never found." Her eyes starts to water as Aarush turns to her in shock.
Aarush starts to trembling as he stutters, " How is that possible?" , He turns back to the TV, his eyes start to water ,whispering, "Oh God! Why are you torturing me and my family by giving my brother a cruel death?"
We managed to distract him from it by lightening the the gloomy atmosphere and then to the movie.

Srimayi's POV
We woke up at 3 in the morning as we needed to go to Bhubaneswar, which was Aarush Anna's Hometown.
Me and Shyamkeerti went down stairs, yawning, rubbing eyes as we sat on the sofa as my Attha, Shruti Varma announced that we might go to Bhubaneswar with our parents who arrived after we were asleep.
Then our parents entered the room, we reached out to hug them.

It's 4 in the morning.
We all gathered in the living area for breakfast as Rudyash pulled Kriday and Indeever aside, along with my parents, "Kriday and Indeever, they are my Attha and Mavayya, Suhani Sripada and Srinivas Sripada, the owners of the Ayurvedic Skin and Hair Care brand, Nirupama and the Sripada's Ayurvedic clinic .
Kriday and Indeever introduced themselves to my parents and came back to join us for breakfast.
I noticed that Aarush was missing so is Irasvan Mavayya.
I spotted Aarush Anna's Burgundy shirt and black jeans in the guest room.
I went there and pressed my back against the wall near its door arms out as my eyes fell on Indeever who was beside in the same position at the adjacent wall.
I mouthed " What are you doing here?"
He mouthed back, " I came here to spy on them as something's fish."
We heard Aarush thanking Irasvan Mavayya for giving him something.
Then, Me and Indeever tip toed to the dining area to have our breakfast and leave to Bhubaneswar.
(Akkai means older sister in Tamil and Chi or Chee is used to express disgust but Indeever used it to remind himself that he was making a mistake.)
