"Eh? A fairy?"
Hidden behind the corner of the staircase, Sagiri's eyes went wide in shock.
Having returned for a second round, Sagiri naturally recognized the neighbor next door, Yamada Elf.
But…
"How did she just appear out of nowhere?"
"Is she really… a ghost?"
Biting her lower lip, Sagiri instinctively rushed down the stairs.
"N-No!"
Even if that fairy was a terrible woman trying to steal her brother, in her previous life they'd actually gotten along really well. No matter what, she couldn't accept the idea of Yamada Elf turning into a ghost.
First impressions were a powerful thing.
Yamada Elf appearing out of thin air, combined with Yanami shouting "ghost," made Sagiri instantly misjudge the situation. In her mind, Yamada Elf had already become a ghost girl.
"Sagiri?"
Hearing footsteps behind him, Blake turned around instinctively, only to see Sagiri running toward him with a pale face. His head instantly started to ache.
Yamada Elf had just dropped out of invisibility and popped into existence. Anna Yanami was already scared out of her mind. And now Sagiri came charging down the stairs. The whole situation had spiraled into chaos.
"Blake, let's run!"
Even though Yanami was panicking, she didn't forget about him. She grabbed his arm and tried to drag him toward the door.
When you run into a ghost, the first thing you do is run!
"Yanami, wait…"
Blake hurried to explain.
Unfortunately, his childhood friend was basically a gluttonous sea otter. And people who eat a lot tend to be strong. She actually managed to yank him to his feet.
"Huh, my invisibility ran out?"
Yamada Elf blinked, quickly realizing what had happened. She awkwardly stood up.
Grabbing strawberry daifuku while invisible was fine, but getting caught in the act was seriously embarrassing.
And then—
Thud.
She crashed straight into Yanami.
"Ow, ow, ow…"
Dizzy, Yamada Elf plopped onto the floor. In the confusion, her right hand accidentally brushed against Yanami's body.
The next second—
Anna Yanami's clothes vanished completely.
A blinding holy light filled Blake's vision, making his eyes snap wide open.
"Eh…?"
Yanami looked down blankly, and her face flushed red at a visible speed.
"AAAAAHHH! I ran into a lewd ghost that strips people's clothes!"
Yamada Elf immediately shot back:
"I am not a lewd ghost!"
"Nii-san, don't look!" Sagiri puffed her cheeks and shouted, "Close your eyes right now!"

The living room descended into total chaos.
Blake snapped out of it and quickly turned around, but his mind was still buzzing with the dazzling "holy light" he had just seen.
"So the side effects aren't fixed… the more impurities in the magic, the stronger the backlash…"
Yamada Elf's "Right Hand of God" was originally only supposed to randomly sacrifice a single piece of clothing from whatever it touched. But now that the side effects had intensified, almost everything Yanami was wearing had been wiped out.
Taking a deep breath, Blake forced himself to calm down and spoke steadily:
"Yanami, don't panic. She's not a ghost. She's Yamada Elf, the neighbor who just moved in. The reason she appeared suddenly is because she can turn invisible."
"…Invisible?"
Still crouching on the floor and covering her chest, Yanami looked up at him blankly.
"Yeah. Think of it like a magical girl ability you'd see in anime."
"Since when did a fairy become a magical girl?"
Sagiri parted her lips slightly, disbelief written all over her face.
In the previous timeline, Yamada Elf had just been a normal person. So how did she suddenly become a magical girl this time?
Something was definitely off.
No matter how you looked at it, this wasn't normal.
"The reason your clothes suddenly disappeared… it's because of her."
Blake quickly explained everything, then turned to Sagiri.
"Sagiri, go grab a bathrobe from the bathroom."
"Okay…"
Sagiri ran off, her footsteps echoing as she hurried upstairs. She soon came back with a white bathrobe and handed it to Yanami.
"Here. Put this on, quickly."
This is illegal. That gluttonous sea otter body is seriously illegal!
"Th-Thank you, Sagiri…"
Face burning, Yanami quickly put on the robe and finally let out a long breath of relief.
Once she was properly dressed, Blake turned back around and began introducing everyone.
"This is Yamada Elf. She just moved in next door yesterday. She's… a magical girl who can turn invisible."
Then he looked at Sagiri.
"This is my little sister, Sagiri. It's rare for her to come downstairs."

Yanami forced a small smile, though it didn't look very bright due to her embarrassment.
"Nice to meet you… I'm Anna Yanami. I'm Blake's childhood friend…"
While introducing herself, she secretly sized up Yamada Elf and Sagiri. A wave of nervousness suddenly hit her.

"No need for double compensation." Yanami pressed her lips together. "Only the clothes disappeared. Everything else is still here."
Yamada Elf's "Right Hand of God" only affected clothing. Things like bags, phones, and accessories were completely untouched.
Luckily, tomorrow was the weekend. With two days off, she could just order a new uniform online without any trouble.
Blake extended his left hand toward Yamada Elf and said seriously:
"Let me purify your magic first. Until then, don't touch anything."
"Please."
Yamada Elf naturally raised her right hand and placed it into his palm.
With other people around, she subtly changed how she addressed him, no longer calling him "servant."
"Big bro., what are you doing with her?!" Sagiri's eyes widened at the sight of their joined hands.
"Blake…?"
Yanami took a step back as if struck by lightning, staring at them in disbelief.
Didn't he just say she moved in yesterday?
You've known each other for less than three days and you're already holding hands?
Isn't that way too fast?!
"Don't misunderstand. I'm helping purify her magic…"
Blake explained with a completely serious expression.
"That's right," Yamada Elf added from the side. "If I don't purify it, my right hand won't work properly. Anyone I touch will lose their clothes."
"But then why can you see it,Big bro?" Sagiri frowned slightly, confused. "Does that mean you're a magical girl too?"
Blake went silent for a second. "I'm a guy."
Still clutching her chest, Yanami couldn't help but mutter:
"Then… I guess that makes you a magical boy?"
