Chapter 59 - Chapter 21 Daniel: I suspect that my mind has developed a problem

Contrary to Chika Fujiwara's expectations, her innocence was preserved.

Because Shalltear was genuinely just having a heart-to-heart talk with her, seeking knowledge about romance, and had no improper intentions toward her body.

But what terrified her was that this girl, perhaps because her identity had been exposed, was no longer hiding anything.

She said quite straightforwardly that she was lusting after Master's body, but had always been unable to find a way to make a move.

Besides having colleagues Albedo and Aura guarding against her strictly, Master had never summoned her to serve him in bed.

As for the idea of actively launching a night attack... she, Shalltear, was loyal to Master; how could she possibly have such improper thoughts that lacked respect for status!

If she hadn't been gritting her teeth so hard that blood was streaming from the corners of her mouth while saying this, Chika Fujiwara would have almost believed her.

Then, Chika Fujiwara began to give Shalltear bad advice... of course, in Chika Fujiwara's own mind, they were good ideas.

After all, no matter how much of a troublemaker she was, she wouldn't joke with her own life.

Therefore, the battle plan to disrupt Daniel's mental defenses through intimate physical contact was easily spoken by her, the love detective Chika Fujiwara.

Unexpectedly...

"Sorry, this is fake. Although it's soft and squishy, in terms of external sensation, it's still hard."

Chika Fujiwara stared dumbfounded at the dozen or so pads on the bedsheet, then looked up at the curves that used to be no weaker than her own, but now showed almost no curvature, and tears couldn't help but well up in the corners of her eyes.

This vampire, she wants me dead!

Is this a secret that a second person like me should know!

"It doesn't matter anymore." Shalltear replied with a nonchalant expression. "Master has long known that this is fake, so even though I still hold resentment toward those who are huge, I won't lose my composure just because someone notices that I'm too small."

"But..."

Just as Chika Fujiwara turned her tears into laughter, Shalltear's "but" made her feel anxious all over again.

"If anyone dares to mock or manipulate me using this point, even if it's the master who taught me quite a bit of useless knowledge, I will definitely not spare them, oh."

"Yes! I am very sorry! I actually harbored bad thoughts about this just now; please, by all means, forgive me this one time!" Chika Fujiwara surrendered in seconds.

"Moreover, I once heard Master say something." Shalltear suddenly cupped her cheeks and said in an intoxicated voice, "Big has its goodness, but small also has its charm."

"So, Master will definitely not ignore me just because I'm too small!"

Isn't that just a pure pervert?

Chika Fujiwara covered her mouth, avoiding letting this fatal remark slip out.

Also, did you just subtly look down on the knowledge I taught you?

If you don't love, please don't hurt!

"Achoo!" In another room, Daniel rubbed his sore nose tip in a daze and couldn't help but yawn.

Even though he was surrounded by many beauties, every night he had to keep the room empty alone.

Daniel always felt that this traversal didn't quite live up to his ideals.

Shouldn't it be that he gains opportunities in the fourth world, then his body becomes super strong, embarking on a life of killing gods and subduing demons?

For other transmigrators, the fourth world would be enough for them to become immortals or ancestors.

But what about him?

His strength is just much stronger than the average person, and his physical fitness is just a bit better than the average person.

Without talking about technique, 99.9% of people in this everyday world couldn't beat him in an arm-wrestling match.

But let alone moving mountains and reclaiming seas, he's afraid he couldn't even block a bullet, and a scalpel could still cut his skin surface... Oh, that's good; in the future, even if he gets sick and needs surgery, he won't have to worry about not being able to perform surgery because his skin is too thick.

Clearly, even being in a nuclear radiation environment wouldn't cause him any harm.

This "survival of the fittest" is a bit unintelligent and can't be upgraded.

Generally speaking, shouldn't it give him some invincible buffs as the world changes?

So, he really is just suited to be a character who shouts "666" behind others.

His will instantly became depressed.

Daniel decided to go back to bed and catch up on sleep.

Otherwise, if he kept letting his thoughts run wild, the next step would probably be to wallow in self-pity and decide to become a little good-for-nothing.

Clearly, back when he was at the Singularity, he had been strong enough to be trained to tears by Mordred and Gawain multiple times, yet still continue to endure the abuse with high spirits the next day.

Staying up late is truly an inadvisable behavior!

Should I try talking to King Arthur tomorrow and see if I can cuddle in her arms in the future?

When Daniel woke up and the "staying up late" debuff was removed, he couldn't help but press his temples, feeling lingering fear for his behavior after losing his mind.

Good grief, just how brave was he to even come up with the idea of asking King Arthur to let him cuddle in her arms?

"I suspect my mental state is a bit abnormal; could you help me find a psychiatrist?"

Just as Kaguya Shinomiya was whispering to Chika Fujiwara about Chika Fujiwara's experience last night, Daniel suddenly approached them and made this request.

"A psychiatrist? Mentally abnormal?" Kaguya Shinomiya looked at Daniel in astonishment, somewhat unable to understand what kind of serious illness had afflicted his brain.

"Come to think of it, I should have realized this sooner." Daniel shook his head and sighed. "I was suddenly demoted and thrown onto a planet at the point of death. After finally meeting someone I could communicate with and having my mood slightly relieved, I arrived at another world on the verge of its human civilization being incinerated, appearing in the middle of a desert—though this time, I brought it upon myself."

"Yet, I actually felt that I could adapt to it."

"However, I overlooked one thing: even if my body adapted, could my mind truly hold up?"

The human mind is extremely fragile.

Even the smallest point could potentially become a fatal blow that completely shatters the human mind.

Not to mention his own 'rich and colorful' experiences.

A normal person would definitely develop mental issues.

But whether it was the appearance of Sanzang suppressing it, or Gareth's spirit core helping to smooth things over, he did indeed behave quite normally during the Sixth Singularity.

However, when he faced Ainz in the third world, without the power of Sanzang and Gareth, he began to show signs of a mental breakdown.

The point where his mental state diverged from his past self was when he gained the ability to recklessly modify others' cognition and felt excited by it, even starting to test it on the spot.

Even if the other party was Ainz and his group, who had abandoned humanity and decided to stand on the side of the Undead.
