What is the most popular form of entertainment in American film and television?
Anyone familiar with American media would probably give the same answer: American-style heroism.
James Bond from the 007 film series, Superman from DC Comics, Spider-Man Parker from Marvel, along with countless disaster films and science fiction movies—out of ten Hollywood blockbusters, at least seven would inevitably be connected to American-style heroism in some way.
The protagonists are kind and courageous, wild and rebellious. Whenever those around them face danger, they always step forward without hesitation. Their favorite thing to do is probably charging alone into enemy territory regardless of their own safety.
Even though this kind of story had already been repeated countless times across endless works, American audiences never grew tired of it.
They absolutely loved American-style heroism.
When Kamiyā Yuu reconstructed the rebooted version of 'RWBY,' he had already considered this factor. The target audience for the 'RWBY' movie was positioned around viewers aged fifteen to twenty-five. This age range was the period when most young people were especially fond of American-style heroism.
Combined with 'RWBY's unique worldview and settings, it was not difficult to imagine the appeal the movie would hold for young Western audiences.
After the release of the first promotional PV, all viewers who had expectations for the 'RWBY' movie felt reassured. Their greatest concern had been the possibility of delays.
After all, less than a year had passed since the release of the original 'RWBY' character trailers, and the four trailers alone had occupied nearly half that time, and in other words, less than half a year remained between the announcement of the movie production and its official release.
Producing a sincere, high-quality animated film within six months would be a major challenge for any large Hollywood animation studio.
Fortunately, the quality of the promotional PV did not disappoint them.
After watching the trailer, fans became even more curious about the world of 'RWBY' and increasingly excited for the movie's release on the "Fakebook" website one month later.
The large-scale promotion by "Fakebook" attracted more and more users. Even people who were not animation fans developed an interest due to the many appealing aspects of 'RWBY.'
At present, more than ten million viewers from around the world have participated in the questionnaire asking whether they were willing to watch the 'RWBY' movie version. Over two million users expressed willingness to spend the equivalent of a normal movie ticket to watch the animated film online.
If the viewing price for 'RWBY' were set at six US dollars, then the movie would earn at least twelve million dollars in streaming revenue.
At first glance, that result might not seem especially impressive. However, if a work could attract two million viewers willing to pay for online viewing, its actual influence would certainly far exceed that figure.
"Fakebook" once again multiplied its evaluation of the commercial value of the 'RWBY' movie several times over, officially positioning it as a first-tier animated blockbuster worth hundreds of millions.

Inside the apartment living room, the wall-mounted television continued playing a variety show while Kamiyā Yuu focused intently on his laptop.
"Mr. Kamiyā, thank you for your cooperation during this period. Our 'Fakebook' company is extremely satisfied with both the quality and progress of the 'RWBY' project under your supervision. Based on the current schedule, the completed movie should be delivered to our company in early May. If there's anything you need help with during this time, feel free to contact me. Setting aside our business relationship, I'd also be happy to lend you a hand as a friend."
Since Kamiyā Yuu and "Fakebook" were business partners, the investors regularly reviewed the production progress of the 'RWBY' movie.
The polite opening remarks during the online conversation made Kamiyā Yuu smile slightly. He quickly typed his reply.
"You're too kind. Besides, Mr. Robert has already helped me greatly, especially with the voice acting. The quality was excellent. It's honestly hard to imagine such immersive performances could be achieved with only simple visual references. Yang's voice acting in particular amazed me. I swear before God that if Yang truly existed in this world, her voice would definitely sound exactly like this. Thanks to the smooth progress of the dubbing work, 'RWBY' has already entered its final visual adjustments and editing stage ahead of schedule. It should be officially completed around mid-April."
"Oh, right. Please also help me thank Mr. David. He solved many issues regarding the production of 'RWBY's background music."
David was an American musician who had personally recommended himself to Kamiyā Yuu. According to Robert Jones, he was in charge of the music division at "Fakebook." Therefore, Kamiyā Yuu had entrusted him with producing many high-level English songs and background tracks that Shindō Tsukasa's music studio could not manage to create.
"This is insane! If I hadn't personally witnessed the production process of 'RWBY,' I would never believe such an outstanding animated movie could be created in such a short amount of time. Oh~ and David was especially shocked by your musical talent. He simply can't imagine that all those complex and varied background tracks and theme songs were created by one person. He called you a musical genius!"
"Thank you for the praise..." Kamiyā Yuu replied with a smile and a shake of his head.
Americans always tend to express emotions in exaggerated ways. After interacting with Robert for so long, Kamiyā Yuu had practically become immune to his constant amazement and compliments.
"Yuu, come here."
Holding a set of fresh clothes, Kamiyā Sora stood in the hallway beside the living room and calmly called out to him.
Her cool and elegant expression remained as composed as ever, yet she somehow felt completely different from before. She now seemed gentler and easier to approach.
"Taking a bath?"
"Mhm."
"Wait a second."
After saying goodbye to Robert, Kamiyā Yuu closed his laptop. He grabbed a change of clothes and headed toward the bathroom as well.
The moment he opened the door, he saw Kamiyā Sora's flawless, fair figure before him.
Her graceful curves possessed a natural elegance. Even simply standing there gave off an indescribable beauty. The thin white dress slipped from her shoulders, revealing delicate white lace underwear. The contrast between her smooth, pale skin and the silk stockings covering her hands and feet created an entirely different texture.
Sensing Kamiyā Yuu's heated gaze, Kamiyā Sora appeared already accustomed to it and showed no unusual reaction. She slowly turned once in front of him before asking calmly,
"I ordered these online the day before yesterday. Do you like them?"
"Uh..."
Kamiyā Yuu swallowed and nodded.
He walked over, lifted Kamiyā Sora gently into his arms, and spoke in a restrained voice.
"Let's go to the room. The bathroom's too small."
"I don't mind either way, but you still have work tomorrow. Will you even have time to wash the bedsheets?" Kamiyā Sora replied softly.
Kamiyā Yuu paused briefly before answering helplessly,
"You know I have no resistance when it comes to you."
Kamiyā Sora's cheeks finally flushed slightly red. Lowering her head a little, she softly explained,
"Didn't you want to see me like this first? I thought you would like it."
She had chosen the outfit entirely based on Kamiyā Yuu's preferences and only intended to wear it for him.
Feeling the warmth radiating from his body and thinking about what might happen afterward, her body gradually relaxed.
"Sora."
Kamiyā Sora lifted her slightly flushed face in confusion.
"Mhm?"
After carrying her back to their room and gently placing her onto the bed, Kamiyā Yuu spoke softly,
"Tomorrow, let's both take the day off."
Sitting on the bed, Kamiyā Sora avoided meeting his heated gaze. Twisting uneasily, she answered quietly,
"Mhm... You decide, Yuu."
