The classroom felt suffocating.
Her fingers tightened around the paper as she stared at it again.
"Don't trust what you see. Midnight will change everything."
Her breath hitched.
"I… didn't write this…" she whispered.
She was sure of it.
Every word felt unfamiliar—yet strangely connected to her.
"Are you okay?" her friend asked from beside her.
She quickly folded the paper and forced a small smile. "Yeah… just a headache."
But it wasn't a headache.
It was something deeper.
Something she couldn't explain.
The rest of the day passed in a blur.
Voices sounded distant. Time moved, but she didn't feel it.
Her mind was stuck on three things:
Him.
That paper.
And midnight.
Midnight will change everything.

Then again.
12:00 AM.
Her phone buzzed.
Her heart stopped.
Slowly, she picked it up.
An unknown number.
A message.
Her hands trembled as she opened it.
"Now do you believe me?"
Her eyes widened.
"No… this isn't possible…"

"Look outside."
Her breath turned uneven.
Every instinct told her not to.
But something stronger—
Pulled her toward the window.
Step by step, she walked closer.
Her hand reached for the curtain.
And slowly—
She pulled it aside.
Her heart dropped.
Because standing there, under the dim streetlight—
Was him.
Looking straight at her window.
As if he knew she would be there.
Her grip tightened on the curtain.
"How…?" she whispered.
Her phone buzzed again.
She didn't want to look.
But she did.
"This is just the beginning."
