"Phew... finally finished it..."
One week after the War Game ended, I had finally completed the armor.
Armor made with adamantite and the hide of a Black Goliath.
Normally, I could have finished it faster, but...
"Did I really need to split it into pieces..."
I divided the armor into multiple parts, used [Mystery] to imbue each one with effects, then assembled them into a magic tool that also functioned as armor.
Each piece had been forged with effects like weight reduction, resistance, and damage reduction, and I'd also made its defensive power quite high.
On top of that, if I made additional parts later, I wouldn't need to measure every dimension again—I could just make them and they'd fit. A two-for-one deal, really.
"Excuse me, is anyone inside?"
"Hm?"
Just as I was about to sit down on a folding chair and rest, I heard a knock and a woman's voice from outside.
"Come in."
"Yes..."
The person who knocked on the workshop door was someone I truly hadn't expected.
"[All-Rounder]?"
Asfi Al Andromeda, the one known by the epithet [All-Rounder] and [Perseus], had come to my workshop.
"What is it?"
"Lord Hermes has invited you to the Familia home."
"?"
Suddenly?
"What does that god want with me?"
"I believe it's probably because of the magic sword Bell Cranel used."
"Hmm... lead the way."
Now that the armor was finished, maybe I should go see what this was about.
"Welcome~ Bellf-kun. Welcome to my Familia~"
"Why did you call for me?"
"Nothing special. I just wanted to have a little chat."
Hermes smiled with his eyes half-lidded as he spoke.
"A chat..."
"To be honest, ever since that incident, you've been holding onto a weakness that could deal a serious blow to my Familia. I'd rather get rid of that weakness as soon as possible, if I can."
A weakness... ah.
"You mean I can use that now?"
He was talking about what happened in the Dungeon.
"Of course. In exchange..."
"I'll keep it secret."
"Good! Deal! So, what do you want to know?"
"Do you know anything about a being called Urrs?"
"Hmm?"
There were two things I was currently wondering about.
The first was the being called Urrs that the monster in the Dungeon had mentioned, and the second was the golden sword stuck in the storage room.
The golden sword seemed like something I could find if I searched long enough, but I had the feeling Urrs would be impossible to track down.
"Urrs... sorry, but I've never heard that name before either."
"..."
"However, I do know someone who might."
"You do?"
"It just so happens to be nighttime, so let's go right away."
"Yes."
Hermes picked up a black box and took me somewhere.
"...Why did we come here?"
"There's a customer who ordered something from me, and an old man here who knows information. I don't know exactly where the old man is, so I thought I'd stop by my customer first. That's fine, right?"
"..."
"Huh? Don't tell me..."
"Yes... this is my first time."
The place was a brothel where women in revealing outfits lured men inside, while a dizzying fragrance filled the air.
"Haa... damn it..."
The Pleasure Quarter.
