Her pale cheeks flushed a violent, angry red, her fingers twitching against her dress as the sheer, agonizing reality of the situation settled in. If Kaeren was the professor, it meant her little territorial warnings in the bedroom were completely useless.
"A professor?" Celine managed to say, her voice trembling slightly despite her best efforts to maintain her composure. She forced a rigid, brittle laugh. "Kaeren, that is... well, it is certainly very brave of you. But surely, teaching deportment and domestic pack metrics is... beneath an Alpha? A future King should be in the war room, or managing corporate asset allocations, not... reviewing modern household metrics and lineage charts."
