Outside in the private courtyard, Natasha was in the middle of her daily cultivation.
She was floating slightly above the grass.
Her eyes were closed, and a cool, powerful Yin Qi glowed softly around her body.
Three silver flying daggers zoomed through the air around her in perfect, silent circles.
Hela stood by the glass door, watching Natasha intently.
The Goddess of Death had a very sharp eye for warriors.
"She is strong,"
Hela noted, looking at the pure energy flowing through Natasha's body.
"Her magic is cold and sharp. Is she one of your concubines?"
Sam let out a soft sigh and shook his head.
"No,"
Sam corrected her firmly.
"She is my wife. Her name is Natasha."
Hela let out a rich, bright laugh.
"Wife, concubine... they are the exact same thing to a king,"
Hela smiled playfully.
"Whatever title you give her, she is a fierce fighter. She is definitely worthy to stand by your side."
Hela didn't mess around or wait for a grand tour.
She was a woman who took exactly what she wanted.
She walked away from the glass door and began exploring the massive mansion.
"I will take the large room at the end of the hall,"
Hela called out over her shoulder.
The mansion had absolutely everything.
A few minutes later, Hela walked back out into the living room.
She was no longer wearing her heavy, torn green armor or her dark crown of horns.
She had found some of Natasha's spare casual clothes in a closet.
Hela was wearing a simple, soft white t-shirt and loose black sweatpants.
Her messy black hair was brushed out and fell softly over her shoulders.
Without the dark magic and the heavy armor, she didn't look like the terrifying Goddess of Death at all.
She just looked like an incredibly beautiful, normal woman relaxing at home.
A few minutes later, the silver daggers stopped flying.
Natasha finished her daily practice.
She wiped a small drop of sweat from her forehead and walked inside to get a drink of water.
She stopped dead in her tracks.
Sitting on her living room couch was a stunning, pale woman with jet-black hair.
Sam was sitting in the chair across from her, rubbing the bridge of his nose.
Natasha looked at the strange woman, and then looked at Sam with a highly confused expression.
"Sam?"
Natasha asked slowly.
"Who is our new guest?"
Sam looked up at his wife. He gave her a tired, apologetic smile.
"Nat, this is Hela,"
Sam introduced them, gesturing to the couch.
"The Goddess of Death. I gave her the Cleansing Mind Pills like we planned. Her mind is completely healed. But... there was a slight complication."
Natasha crossed her arms. Her spy instincts kicked in, but she didn't sense any danger from Hela.
She just sensed massive, overwhelming power that was perfectly calm.
"What kind of complication?"
Natasha asked.
"I defeated her in a fight,"
Sam explained, letting out a long breath.
"And according to the oldest laws of Asgard, that makes her my spoil of war. Frigga told me I had no choice. Hela refused to stay with Odin, so she decided to follow me here. She lives with us now."
Natasha stared at Sam in absolute disbelief.
"I thought you were just going to give her some medicine,"
Natasha laughed softly, completely amazed.
"I didn't think you would actually bring the Goddess of Death back with you as a souvenir."
Hela stood up from the couch.
She walked over to Natasha and looked her right in the eyes.
Hela was taller, but Natasha didn't back down an inch.
"You have a strong spirit,"
Hela said.
"Do not worry. I am not here to cause trouble, and I am not here to take your place. I am simply following the strongest man in the nine realms. I hope we can be sisters in this house."
Natasha looked at Hela's sincere, clear eyes.
Then she looked over at Sam, who was just waiting to see how she would react.
Natasha couldn't help but smile.
Her life had completely changed since she started cultivating.
Normal human rules didn't apply to them anymore.
"Well,"
Natasha said smoothly, relaxing her shoulders.
"If you are going to live here, Hela, you have to do your own laundry. And Sam is cooking dinner tonight."
Over the next few weeks, Natasha and Hela discovered they had many things in common.
They were both fierce, strong women who had survived very dark pasts.
They understood each other perfectly without needing to say too many words.
One bright morning, they stepped out into the grassy courtyard.
They decided to have a casual spar.
It wasn't a fight to the death. It was just a friendly test of pure skill.
Natasha used her fast, deadly martial arts and her glowing, cold Yin Qi.
Hela used her thousands of years of Asgardian combat experience and her incredible physical speed.
They fought beautifully. They blocked, dodged, and countered every single strike.
When they finally stopped to catch their breath, they were both smiling.
It was a perfect tie. They were completely equal.
Hela wiped a drop of sweat from her neck and laughed brightly.
Her dark eyes were shining with pure excitement.
"That was incredible,"
Hela said, looking at Natasha with deep, genuine respect.
"I finally have a true sparring partner. No one on Asgard could ever keep up with me like this."
Natasha smiled back, taking a slow sip from her water bottle.
"We are equal today, Hela,"
Natasha said smoothly, wiping her mouth.
"But you should enjoy it while it lasts. When I finally break through to the Golden Core stage, I am going to be much stronger than you."
Hela frowned slightly. Her fierce warrior pride instantly flared up.
"Stronger than me?"
Hela asked, crossing her arms over her chest.
"What is a Golden Core? Is this about that 'cultivation' magic Sam teaches you?"
"Exactly,"
Natasha nodded, keeping her voice casual.
"Cultivation is about absorbing the energy of the universe to upgrade your body and your soul. But there is a faster, much more powerful way to grow."
"Tell me,"
Hela demanded, stepping closer.
She loved battle, and she always wanted more power.
"It is called Dual Cultivation,"
Natasha explained, her face perfectly calm.
"It is a sacred practice. When two people combine their energies together. Because Sam is so incredibly powerful, when we share our energy intimately, his massive Qi flows directly into me. It forces my body to adapt and makes me stronger much faster than practicing alone."
Hela's eyes widened in realization.
She turned her head slowly and looked straight at Sam.
He was sitting quietly at the patio table, drinking his morning coffee and reading a book.
Hela did not hesitate. She walked right up to him and slammed her hands flat on his table.
Sam looked up, completely surprised.
Hela leaned over him with a hungry, highly determined look in her eyes.
"You,"
Hela demanded, her voice full of absolute, queenly authority.
"We are going to do this mating ritual. You will share your power with me. Make me strong."
Sam nearly choked on his hot coffee.
He coughed, looking at Hela with wide eyes.
Natasha was still standing in the grass, watching them.
She took another slow sip of her water and gave a quiet, wicked smirk.
Everything went exactly according to her plan.
Sam wiped his mouth with a napkin and put his coffee cup down.
He looked into Hela's demanding, hungry eyes.
He thought about it for a moment.
He knew he would be a massive hypocrite if he refused her.
He had already shared this sacred, intimate bond with Natasha, Jean, and Ororo.
Why should he turn away the Goddess of Death when she was offering herself so willingly?
"Alright,"
Sam said softly, a small smile appearing on his face.
"I will teach you."
He stood up and led Hela inside the mansion.
They walked down the quiet hallway and entered his master bedroom.
The bed in the center of the room was massive, easily big enough for several people.
Natasha followed them right through the door.
She locked it behind her with a quiet click.
Without saying a single word, she smiled warmly at Hela and smoothly began to undress herself.
Hela blinked in surprise.
She had expected to be alone with Sam.
But she didn't mind at all. In the ancient days of Asgardian kings and conquerors, a royal harem was a completely normal practice.
"So, we are sharing,"
Hela smirked, clearly amused.
She didn't hesitate. She pulled her white shirt over her head and began to undress herself as well.
Sam stood by the bed, looking at the two incredibly beautiful women.
"You are very new to this magic, Hela,"
Natasha said gently, letting her clothes fall to the floor.
"The pure energy can be very overwhelming the first time. I will show you how to dual cultivate first. Watch how I guide his power."
Hela nodded.
She walked over to a comfortable padded chair nearby and sat down.
She leaned back, crossing her long legs, completely comfortable in her bare skin.
She was ready to watch the show and prepare her own mind for the heavy magic.
Sam could not wait any longer.
Deep inside his chest, his strong Yang Qi flared up like a burning sun.
It was incredibly thick and heavy. He desperately needed more cool, calming Yin Qi to balance his powerful Golden Core.
Natasha laid back on the large, soft bed.
She looked up at Sam with deep, loving eyes and opened herself clearly to him, trusting him with everything she had.
Sam moved over her.
He gently pushed himself into her, completely connecting their bodies and their souls.
Instantly, the bedroom filled with a bright, beautiful light.
The hot, pink Yang energy from Sam mixed perfectly with the cool, silver Yin energy from Natasha.
They began to dual cultivate, letting the ancient magic flow deeply between them as the real lesson began.
