(Jay POV)
By the time we reached Keifer's house, the weather had completely changed.
Rain poured heavily against the windows of the jeep, thunder rumbling through the dark evening sky.
The moment we stepped inside, a quiet silence welcomed us.
No voices.No chaos.No one home.
It felt strangely peaceful.
Keifer locked the door behind us and ran a hand through his damp hair.
Ohh god he is loooking fucking hot I just want to eat him whole ...ohh jay shut your thinking
"Kieran is on a picnic with his friends," he explained while taking out his phone. "And Keigan is staying at his friend's house for a school project."
I nodded slowly.
Outside, the rain only became stronger.
"You look exhausted," Keifer said softly as he walked toward the kitchen. A few moments later, he returned with a glass of water and handed it to me.
"Drink."
I smiled slightly and took it from him.
"Thank you."
After drinking the water, I looked around the quiet house.
Then keifer stretched dramatically.
"Let's go to our room.
I blinked.
"Our room?"
Keifer immediately laughed at my expression.
"Yes, our room."
Before he could tease me back, my phone suddenly rang.
I frowned before checking the screen.
"Kuya Angelo…"
Keifer instantly looked at me.
"Uh oh," he muttered.
I answered nervously.
"Hello…?"
"Jay, where are you?" Kuya Angelo's voice came immediately. "Do you even see the weather outside right now? Mom told me you went out with friends, but I just found out something very interesting."
I closed my eyes dramatically.
Great.
He already knew. That now we both are official
"I know, Kuya," I sighed softly. "I was going to tell you."
"And where exactly are you right now?"
I hesitated.
"…At Keifer's house."
Silence.
Then—
"YOU'RE WHERE?!"
I quickly moved the phone away from my ear while Keifer laughed quietly beside me. Now i have to ready for my funeral.
"Give the phone to Keifer," Kuya Angelo ordered.
Keifer took the phone calmly.
"Yes, boss?"
I almost choked trying not to laugh.
A few moments later, Keifer's expression became more serious as he listened.
"Yes, I understand.""…I know.""I won't hurt her again."
My smile slowly faded at those words.
Then suddenly Keifer smirked.
"Yes, boss. I'll send her home tomorrow."
He handed the phone back to me afterward.
"What did he say?" I asked nervously.
Keifer shrugged dramatically.
"He said if I break your heart again, I should prepare for my funeral."
"That sounds exactly like my brother."
The rain outside became even louder.
Thunder shook the windows slightly.
I instinctively moved closer to Keifer without realizing it.
He noticed immediately. As he always does.
"Scared?"
"No."
"Liar."
A few minutes later, I crossed my arms awkwardly.
"I need clothes."
Keifer raised an eyebrow.
"What?"
"I can't stay in this dress forever."
"Oh."
He tried—and failed—not to smile.
"You can wear one of my shirts."
"And lower?" I asked suspiciously.
He blinked.
Then coughed dramatically.
"Right. I'll… find something."
A few minutes later, he handed me an oversized black shirt.
"It'll cover enough," he said confidently.
I stared at him.
"You sound very sure about that."
"I am not answering further questions."
I laughed and headed toward the bathroom to change.
But before I could close the door fully—
A loud yell echoed inside.
"JAY!"
I jumped in shock.
"What happened?!"
"There's a cockroach!"
I stared at him in disbelief.
"You're scared of cockroaches?!"
"It flew at me!"
I laughed so hard I could barely breathe.
Then another loud yell came from him, and without thinking, I rushed inside.
The next thing I knew—
I had climbed onto him in fear after the insect suddenly moved again.
My arms wrapped around his shoulders tightly while he held me instinctively.
For a second…
Neither of us moved.
Then I realized how close we actually were. His head was right on my chest But i didn't try to pull it .
Very close.
Keifer looked at me quietly before laughing softly.
"You were saying?"
"Shut up You Idiot ," I muttered, hiding my burning face against his shoulder.
He quickly said profanity .....I tried to cover my face
but he was too fast he held my wrist gently and pin them behind and he kissed me deep I responded with same depth and desperation
One kiss turn into other and another a moan a little and he slid his tongue into my mouth and the kiss turn into french kiss now I was sitting on his lap
We both pulled apart breathlessly and keifer said stop me other wise you know (If ykyk)
The rain outside continued heavily while the bathroom filled with warm steam from the shower.
Everything suddenly felt too warm.
Too quiet.
Too close.
Keifer gently brushed a strand of hair away from my face.
"Jay."
"Hm?"
"You're blushing again."he said with a smirk
"That's your fault." I said
I rolled my eyes, but before I could reply, my phone suddenly rang again.
"Saved by the call," I whispered dramatically while climbing down from him.
Keifer looked personally offended.
I answered the phone.
"Hello?"
Percy's loud voice exploded through the phone.
"HOW DARE YOU NOT TELL ME YOU TWO BECAME OFFICIAL?!"
I immediately groaned and covered my face.
"Oh no…"
Keifer instantly smirked beside me.
"Well," Percy continued dramatically, "I just found out my baby sister is officially dating THIS guy and nobody even informed me?"
"Kuya Percy," I sighed, "please calm down."
"No! I will not calm down!" he complained. "You hurt me emotionally."
Keifer leaned closer to the phone with fake seriousness.
"She forgot you because she was too busy admiring her handsome boyfriend."
My eyes widened instantly.
"KEIFER!"
Percy gasped dramatically from the other side.
"Ohhhh? Handsome boyfriend now?"
I turned toward Keifer in betrayal while he looked way too proud of himself.
"You are literally making this worse," I muttered.
Then suddenly, an evil idea appeared in my head.
I crossed my arms and looked at Percy's contact on screen.
"Well," I said innocently, "I think my boyfriend is way more handsome than you anyway."
Keifer froze for half a second.
Percy shouted dramatically,
"EXCUSE ME?!"
I tried not to laugh.
But the moment I looked at Keifer—
Oh.
That expression.
He slowly turned toward me.
Dangerously slowly.
A smug smile appeared on his lips.
"You called me your boyfriend," he said softly.
Oh no.
Wrong move.
Very wrong move.
I immediately tried to escape the conversation.
"I-It just slipped out!"
"Mhm."
He took one slow step closer.
Then another.
"Keifer," I warned nervously.
But instead of stopping, he leaned down slightly until his face was only inches away from mine.
Too close.
Way too close.
I could literally feel his warm breath against my skin.
"What was that again?" he murmured teasingly.
My heartbeat instantly lost control.
"N-Nothing."
"Liar."
Behind us, Percy was still yelling through the phone.
"HELLO?! AM I STILL HERE OR NOT?!"
That instantly broke the tension.
I burst out laughing while Keifer closed his eyes in defeat.
"You ruined my moment," he complained toward the phone.
"And proudly," Percy replied.
