Eva's POV
"Eva!Hurry up!".my mum yelled at me from the living room.Her voice was really loud.
"Alright!I am coming down now".I yelled back.
Today was my first day in my new school.We have been in my new house for a month now.And to be honest,my life hasn't been really great since we moved.And to make things worse my older sister is far away in college and my dad is almost never around.It has been really frustrating without my sister here with me.I am glad my dad isn't around, because if he is,the house is never going to be peaceful.My parents aren't really on good terms.
I was wearing a blue cropped top on a crazy boyfriend jean.I paired it with my favourite necklace and bracelets,put on some lip gloss,and applied a little bit of mascara.
There we go.I took a final look at myself in the mirror and I was satisfied with what I was seeing.I certainly didn't want to look like a clown on my first day at school.I picked up my back pack and I went down to meet my mom.
"Hey mom".I greeted her with my sweetest smile.
"Took you long enough".She said with a slight frown on her face but it was obvious from the slight twitch of her mouth that she was trying to hide a smile.
"I was trying to look more beautiful on first day of school".she smiled at that.
"You know you are already beautiful.You don't need any makeup to be more beautiful,maybe just a bit more fancy"she told me with a warm smile.
I nodded to show I understood.
"Alright enough of the chit chat.Let's get going.You don't want to be late on your first day at school".She said while picking up her car keys.I followed her out and she drove me to school.
After about fifteen minutes,I finally got to my new school.It was quite huge,bigger than my previous school.But surely wasn't as beautiful as my previous school.I said my goodbyes to my mom and I walked into the school.
I was directed to my classroom and my new classroom was pretty scanty.I wasn't expecting that.I found an empty seat at the back of the class and sat there.I really liked a back seat.
Two of my new classmates walked up to me.They both had their hair dyed.You could tell from their hair, make-up and even dressing that they were bad ass bitches.
"Hi,I am Becky and she's Anna,love your hair by the way".Becky asked in a tone that made me wonder if that was a compliment or sarcasm.I would probably choose the latter.
"I'm Eva.Thanks for the compliment."I replied even if she didn't ask for my name.
"Eva..."she chewed on those words for an exaggerated amount of time.
"Cool name"she said at last.
"Settle down class.The earlier you do,the better for you.
"Bye.I guess we will see after class"Anna finally said something.But I had to admit she had a nice voice.She seemed nicer than Becky.I wonder how they are friends.They are literally two different people.
"Yeah, cool"I replied.
Becky did a wave like she was in a beauty pageant or something which had Anna rolling her eyes.
They went back to their seat and the teacher began the class.I guess he did not realise that there was a knew student in the class.But I liked it that way though.
The door open and a student walked in.Did I forget to add hot to the description.He was hot as hell.He had this blue eyes that looked like the ocean and they seemed to draw you in when you look at them.And his hair,oh my gosh,did I forget to mention his hair?They were messy in the hottest way possible.He was slender but fit.You could tell he exercised.And he had this nonchalant vibe to him.Then his ocean blue eyes lazily fell on me.
Gawd!!why did I stare for so long.I was looking like an hungry lion.How was I different from the other girls who were flirting with him with just their eyes.Like things couldn't get any worse,the teacher thought now was the best time to introduce me to the class.
"Miss Eva would you like to come up and introduce yourself to the class?"
Oh,so he knew my name,he knew I was in the class but he just decided to be wicked and call me out now.Oh great..My hot classmate was still staring at me but not because he was interested in me.He was just looking at me like I was just some random girl and I was.Why do I even care what he thinks.I have never been the type of person that cares about what people said about me.It was like I cared and didn't care at the same time.
"Miss Eva,the whole class is waiting"he said in a 'duh' tone.
Oh right I was still sitting.I looked around and the whole class was still staring at me including my hot classmate and I think I saw a smirk on his face...
