William gently guided Thalia into the car.
But the moment the door closed, the warmth on his face disappeared instantly.
He turned around sharply, his cold glare landing directly on Beto before briefly shifting toward Robert, who had been standing farther behind them the entire time.
"What the hell are you two doing?" William gritted out angrily, clearly trying to keep his voice low enough so Thalia wouldn't hear from inside the car.
"Are you even doing the search properly?"
Beto immediately lowered his head.
William took a step closer, his expression darkening further.
"Don't you think Elijah was provoking me by suddenly shoving his woman right in front of my face?"
