After activating the Grand World Sphere three times in a row, and further empowering the legions with the Light of Hope, the dozen or so island territories of the Sky Mountain Marine World originally allocated by Green have once again been retaken by the Wizard Legion, driving away the forces of the Metallic Robot Legion.
These legions are Green's foundation!
This foundation isn't about Green helping to solidify his hold over this world; it's about Green's hope to rescue these Wizard Legions from their doomed fates.
Rescuing these Wizard Legions would allow Green to gain immense prestige, indirectly proving his strength and taking a step into the Wizard World where no one can ignore him; this is why Green has chosen to stay in this world, willingly immersed in the quagmire of war.
Otherwise, Green would have tried to randomly escape using the Path of Oblivion.
Anyway, the Wizard Legion already has an absolute advantage in this cluster of worlds, as long as luck isn't too bad.
