Floating in the turbulent layer, Lici Ore is the specialty resource of this world.
Azure clouds drift by as the occasional shadows of wizards in groups of three or five flash under the bright sun, driving dozens of slave creatures out of sight on the horizon, or a few metal robots and combat aircraft zip past.
Unlike those worlds where enormous void motherships and space fortresses engage in massive battles, Lici World sits on the periphery of the great worlds of both civilizations, with only lowly forces affecting such small worlds through mutual infiltration.

Three Dark Wizards flash and disappear. In this world devoid of space fortress descents and without the protection of a Sorcerer's Cloak empowered by Wizard's Will, the scattered combat model of Dark Wizards is more flexible than the large-scale legions of Light Wizards.
