Number Thirteen's questions make no logical sense at all, but his neurotic questions really can turn the person who needs to answer them neurotic as well.
Osa looked terrified, on the verge of breakdown, shouting loudly, "What exactly do you want to do? Why are you doing this? What do you want, what do you want?"
Number Thirteen smiled and said, "Don't ever challenge my patience. I'm really struggling to hold back. Really, I'm forcing myself to ask you questions that need to be asked, so, answer me."
Osa took a deep breath, thought for a moment, then shook her head and said, "I don't know, no, I don't know."
After speaking, Osa forcefully covered her face, and when she put her hands down, she said with a determined look, "I'd rather die than harm my father. Yes, I'm serious."
