Harbinger Of Glory

Manchester United, once a dominant force in world football, finds itself struggling under Erik ten Hag despite having the financial power to rebuild. Big-money transfers fail to restore the club’s glory, forcing Ten Hag to shift his focus to homegrown talent. Among the overlooked prospects in the U18 squad is Leo Calderon, a 17-year-old central midfielder buried deep in the pecking order. Lacking physicality and dismissed by teammates as weak, Leo endures constant ridicule from those who dominate with strength and athleticism. But during one ordinary training session, everything changes—Leo suddenly sees passing lanes no one else can, angles of play invisible to even the most talented prospects. Yet, there’s a problem. His vision surpasses his ability. The passes he attempts don’t connect, his technique unable to match his newfound awareness. Coaches dismiss his efforts as sloppy, and his struggles continue. But one unexpected observer—a visiting League One assistant coach—notices something different. He watches Leo’s movements, seeing potential where others see failure. As Leo fights to prove himself in an unforgiving system, the question lingers—can he refine his raw talent before the club moves on without him? ****************************** Also, all rights reserved for the companies and teams and also players I use in the novel since I don't know how image rights work and I'm too lazy to search it up on Bing-, I mean google Also, character arts are not mine or AI-generated. Dragon Kei Awakening

This is an Original Copyrighted Work. Lyon Sable had always strived to do two things, cultivate to become a great Kei Master and find out exactly what happened to his parents on the night they were killed and find who was responsible for killing them. What he could never have expected was to be thrust into not only a War of Intrigue between Continents but also fight Immortals, become best friends with a tree, find out whether the Universe itself is alive and much more. Prolog Below: "They should have known… Looking back it was obvious, wasn't it?" The man sighed... His sorrow was so profound that the world around him seemed to blacken. Even in the middle of the biggest Armageddon to have ever hit life on Theloniaum, that sound seemed to carry heavier than any blood in the wind. He had been a boy once. He had fought until he believed he became a man. And that man grew to be viewed a hero. Even in the midst of despair the hero persevered, fighting against all odds to become a living legend. Looking back at it all, he could almost laugh at the irony. It sounded like a glorious tale to those who didn't know. To others he was invincible, the final light in the dark of the night. Only he could tell, only he could know that while the legend may live, the man who made the legend was more uncertain than even the boy he had once been. Too many things had changed, too many people had been torn apart due to allegiance, lies, death and so much more. He was a legend amongst the many but understood by very few. A familiar tearing pain burst into life in the back of his mind. It seemed even that small consolation was good as gone now. Feeling a blaze burst to life in the back of his mind he smiled bloodily. It seemed part of his group had found more enemies. His smile turned deadly, they had finally found the origin of all this. Deciding to make one last gambit he stood, facing the sight of his own personal hellscape for what he sincerely hoped was the last time. Broken bodies lay scattered everywhere he looked. Some friends, many enemies, but all faces he once knew. The ruined landscapes were mutating as he watched. Fiendish Kei gathered in some spots where creatures began to form. Other areas erupted in great bouts of elemental Kei that left rapidly forming volcanos of various elements. He idly glanced at a shadow volcano that rumbled threateningly nearby. With a wave of his hand, it disappeared. His own eyes grew a shade darker, before he could do much more, a sudden feeling hit him. He looked up, fractals of energy swirling to life in his pupils. Mortal eyes witnessing what shouldn't be possible. The laws of causality bore down on him, ready to strike down the fool who thought to surpass reality. "I guess this was how it was always going to be", he chuckled, showing the first real trace of emotion on his face in an eternity. He lowered his head. Slowly, he walked through the carnage. Debris vanished in front of him, blood flowed around him, the ground itself shredded by the sharpness of his gaze. His presence shifted. Mist started condensing around him. The pressure he exerted growing a fold with every step. The unstable Kei energy in the surroundings went into complete chaos. Lightning, hail, fire, rocks and more started raining down all around. All at once he stopped. His head raised with agonizing slowness, seeming to be held down by some unseen weight. "Whether you are the Heavens, aliens, or something else it doesn't matter. You seem to have forsaken us. In that case, I shall let everything in existence hear your screams. For no one, not even the heavens above will decide my fate" the legend muttered. The world around him exploded, Kei screaming towards him from every direction to contain his figure. He took one last glance at the ruined surroundings and the energy rushing his way. He vanished before the energy could get close. The places above had challenged him for the last time, one way or the other.

Four Split Personalities

Battling an unusual form of personality dissociation, Motan admits to feeling the weight of immense pressure bearing down on him. Amidst this turmoil, he finds solace in a virtual escape called "The Realm of Innocence," a game that has become his sanctuary from stress. In the realm where ambiguity reigns, Motan's behavior is unpredictable and impetuous, making him the instigator and mastermind behind myriad events that spiral out of control. Yet, within the sphere of virtue, his resilience and courage shine through, earning him the admiration of many who see him as the epitome of a righteous knight and a fair judge. When dwelling in the balance of absolute neutrality, he adopts a demeanor of modesty and lethargy, mirroring the ordinary essence of every soul. Conversely, in the domain of chaotic evil, he transforms into a figure of madness and cruelty, embodying the very essence of a demon and deceiver, showing kindness only to himself. "Tan Mo is the most extraordinary Bard I have ever encountered, though he is... perplexing, to say the least," comments Countess Leisha, reflecting on his complex nature. "Mor is a man of distinguished integrity! Having met him just once, I am convinced that he is someone one can confidently turn their back to," declares Gwen, the leader of the Rose Rot, acknowledging his noble character. "If you're in search of the ideal neighbor, look no further than Hei Fan," recommends Alchemist Luna, suggesting his suitability for companionship. Yet, amidst these varied testimonies, a warning resonates, "Don't talk about that man!" indicating a mysterious, perhaps darker aspect of his persona that remains unexplored.
