These Glimmers bonded randomly with living beings upon awakening, triggered by personal trauma, near-death, or rare celestial alignments called seals. Humans alike become Wrathborn/glimmers, but each receives a distinct power flavored by their biology and psyche: a human's hot headed personality might channel hellfire manipulation, while a athlete 's speed manifests as Movement control that store and release momentum. This origin ensures asymmetry—no two powers are identical—while tying all to a hidden cosmic horror lurking in the fragments.
