Across the lands of North America, urban legends run rampant.
Malevolent Alessa torments the living, Freddy harvests souls in dreams, Jason swings his machete by the lakeside, demons wear the skin of nuns, and Annabelle toys with human hearts through curses…
Here, survival is the only luxury ordinary people can hope for.
But Sephirot, nephew of Dante, the legendary demon hunter, never considered these so-called urban legends to be a threat.
“This shot is called Silver Baptism.”
Holy silver bullets blew apart the demon nun’s head.
“This strike is called Dimensional Slash.”
A flash of blade-light passed, and Freddy’s dreamscape was torn apart by force.
Sephirot stepped on Jason’s head, arrogantly chambering another round.
“That’s it?”
…
Until that day, when the forbidden seal of the cabin in the woods was opened. An ancient god broke free from its cocoon, and a shadow vast enough to blot out the sky enveloped the entire city.
Sephirot’s bullets could only leave a faint white mark. Even the Dimensional Slash, said to sever all things, merely scraped off a layer of the creature’s skin.
Faced with such despair, everyone thought Sephirot was doomed. But then they saw him sigh, pull a communicator from his coat, and say:
“Uncle, if you don’t show up soon, I’m telling Lady you secretly used her card again.”
At that moment, the sky was forcibly torn open by a crimson greatsword. A white-haired man dressed in red stepped through the void, looking visibly annoyed.
“Tch. You’re getting less and less cute, threatening your elder over some little demon.”

Note 1: This is a crossover fanfiction that includes elements from anime, movies, TV series, and video games. It takes inspiration from many different works, including but not limited to Devil May Cry, Silent Hill, Wrong Turn, Resident Evil, Hostel, Constantine, The Nun, and Orphan, among others.
Note 2: I know crossover fanfiction can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when it mixes so many different settings and lores together. To make things easier, I’ll be adding a small section at the end of many chapters to explain certain lore details, references, or story elements for readers who may not be familiar with every series involved.
