Miller transmigrates into a romance novel as the villainous CEO assistant who is destined to ruin the male lead’s life and die tragically. The story revolves around Cloe, a cold and powerful CEO, who enters a contract marriage with Andro, a gentle and silent man she does not love.
In the original plot, Miller schemes to get close to Cloe, spends her money, and mistreats Andro. After enduring everything quietly, Andro eventually leaves, only for Cloe to realize too late that he had become an irreplaceable part of her life. When she finds him again, he is dying from stomach cancer. After his death, she is consumed by guilt and blames Miller.
After transmigrating, Miller tries to avoid this fate and live peacefully. He attempts to help Cloe care about Andro and prevent the tragedy, but everything backfires. The more he interferes, the more Andro suffers and gets misunderstood. Cloe remains distant from her husband while becoming strangely attached to Miller instead.
Despite Miller doing nothing wrong, he is still treated as the villain, while Andro continues to endure in silence.
