The castle was more interesting up close, it looked almost like it had been made of pearls forced into castle shape. It was whiter then it looked from a distance and subtle colours from across the rainbow could be seen across the surface the more you looked at it. Though it wasn't just based on where the sun was hitting, though if that was due to magic or how messed up the time and lighting here was Kat didn't know.
From what Kat could see, the four sides were all the same, but that was more of a guess based on the shape. They had a large wooden door made out of some sort of dark wood that looked almost like stone. Only the fact you could see the growth patterns in the wood let you know that the door was organic.
