After a group of people walked into the main hall, Hawkins' group, who were busy organizing accounts and checking properties here, along with the clerks from the Governor's Mansion, immediately rose to greet them.

This was personnel directly led by Hawkins.

These were clerks who had come from Far Sails Territory for reinforcements.

Finally, there were clerks from the Governor's Mansion who would most likely work under Aiven in the future.
Clearly, the farce that had just occurred outside had subtly changed the mindset of these people.
Although the Viscount may be younger than the youngest clerk here, no one dared to entertain the absurd notion that "the young Viscount is easily deceived."
