He looked up at the ceiling, thoughts drifting to Hashirama. He didn't agree with any of the mans policies or ambitions besides the prosperity on Konoha. In fact, for all the man had terrified him senseless, loomed over him like a shadow of death, his own personal boogey-man that only he knew the true threat of-

He agreed with Madara far more than Hashirama. Madara, initially after learning Tobirama would be Hokage after Hashirama, left the village. That was the beginning of the great split from him and his clan.

But, even though he left it wasn't like Madara was seething and wanting revenge. In fact, he hadn't even a single thought towards a plan as asinine as the Moons Eye Plan.

No, Madara went around travelling the Elemental Nations. And when other villages were getting uppity, thinking they were hot shit. He stomped them into the mud, and threatened them. That if they ever thought they would attack Konoha, he would destroy them root and stem.

…And Hashirama heard of it and proceeded to rush off and try and stop Madara because of his hippy ways of wanting peace. Which then led to their climactic clash and the creation of the Valley of The End.

After which, Hashirama proceeded to capture and hand out the bijuu. The fool probably didn't even realise how pathetic it made Konoha look. Him coming grovelling for forgiveness like that. And giving away the Bijuu, trying to do so for free at that before Lord Tobirama put a stop to that nonsense and at least got some monetary compensation out of it.

As if mere money was of equal worth to the Bijuu. As if mere monetary value, as if even all the riches in the world were of equal value to Isobu!

Just the thought made Daiki grind his teeth. How fucking dare he! That utter incompetent tree hugging hippy useless sack of-!

'Calm Daiki,' Isobu cut in soothingly, 'It does not matter. It's in the past. And without it, we would not have met. And you now have the chance to correct your predecessor.'

He breathed deeply through his nose, and let let it fade.

Yeah, no point getting worked up over it. He'd correct it all good and proper. People wanted peace? He'd show them how to get peace. Once he conquered every land and village, In a few decades, the hatred would be bred out and they'd all just be Konoha citizens and forget all about it.

That was the closest the world would get to it. That understanding people nonsense would never work, not without a god king ruling over everyone and making them too scared to start a war while they lived.

Not even the Sage of Six Paths, with Ninshu at his fingertips could bring about peace through understanding. Jiraiya, Minato and later Naruto's vision of peace, would never be sustainable.

Putting that out of mind, he eyed the woman beside him. There was something he'd always wanted to know, "Does the Slug summoning clan have senjutsu?" he asked.

Tsunade turned back, raising a brow at him at the change of subject, "Why do you ask?"

Daiki shrugged, "Just seemed weird. The toads have senjutsu, as does do the snakes. And your grandfather, hippy that he was, had it as well, " he replied, "I was wondering if the Slugs had as well, or if they were the odd ones out."

"Well, for one thing, there isn't a 'they' as far as the slug clan goes," Tsunade replied, propping her chin in her hand, "There's only one slug summon. Katsuya. But she has the ability to split apart into smaller variations. Depending on how much chakra I use, the bigger version of her I can summon. At her full size she towers over mountains. She makes that old walking wart Gamabunta and that slithering wallet Manda look puny." she explained, looking quite smug.

Well he already knew that. But, he wouldn't correct her. He'd graciously allow her to have the moment.

"That doesn't answer my question." he pointed out, however.

She rolled her eyes, "Yes, Katsuya can use senjutsu, and can teach it," the blonde huffed, "I just never had an interest in it. It was something I didn't have time to learn when the war was in full swing. Not after seeing Jiraiya fail at it for years before I even learned Katsuya could do it. And then, I'd given up being a Kunoichi and felt no need to learn it."

Well, well well. Wasn't that interesting?

"You should try your hand at it." Daiki said honestly.

"Oh yeah?" Tsunade peered up into his eyes from where her chin was propped on her palm, "And why would I bother wasting all my time with that?"

"To get stronger for one?" he pointed out.

"I have very little interest in getting stronger these days kid," Tsunade snorted, "Training and improving are things the young should waste their time on and…" she trailed off, blinking slowly.

Daiki smirked, "Did you forget you're physically twenty one again?"

Tsunade closed her eyes and sighed, "Kind of yeah. It's taken a little to get used to again. And I sometimes forget," she laughed lightly, opening one eye to peer at him, amused, "Even so. I see little need for it. My chakra and body never weakened from lack of training because I circulated my chakra constantly every day. And with you returning me to my youth, my chakra and more became even stronger. I'm a decent bit stronger right now, than I was even in my…former prime."

"You could be far stronger." he pointed out.

"For what? I've got little interest in getting caught up in fights these days. And with you around, why would I need to?" Tsunade replied in turn, "Now, if you were offering to mediate with one of the Bijuu at some point for me to become a Jinchuuriki. I might take you up on that so I could learn that crazy jutsu of yours."

Hmph. As expected, he was such a trend setter others wanted to follow in his footsteps and become Jinchuuriki.

Soon, the stigma of being a Jinchuuriki would be a thing of the past.

In the future, to be a Jinchuuriki would be one of the greatest honours in the world, if he had anything to say about it.
