Jungwen, the White Tiger blood beast, came out of the Blood God's Manual and stood at Alex's side. His body was massive, bigger than even Pearl at his biggest.
"Is it time, master?" the beast asked.
Alex had no qualms with this beast calling him master. He nodded, gesturing to Tuanxi. "It won't be long before she won't be able to handle her changes. Start attempting Soul Confluence and see if you can push her soul a little. If you can, hold back for now. Only increase your strength when she can't handle it any longer."
The beast nodded and sat down to the side with his eyes closed.
Alex watched carefully this time, focusing the majority of his attention on the very moment. Whether Soul Confluence worked or not on a blood beast would be answered now, and more than that, whether or not a Blood Beast could create Soul Confluence on a beast from its original bloodline would be known.
