"The two books?" Alex asked, not having considered that he would be asked to return the two books.
"Yes," the Sky God said. "You do have them, don't you?"
"I do," Alex answered. "But I'm using both of them already, so I do not see how I can return them so easily."
The Sky God held a strange look on her face. "Are you using the Blood God's Manual as well?" she asked.
"Actively," Alex answered. "I have fully refined it to be mine. In this instance, if you ask me for it, I can only refuse to return it."
"Could you show how you're using it?" the Sky God asked. "If it's not too late, you can just hand it over."
Alex shrugged and instantly brought out his Blood Armor, creating robes and helms as well as gauntlets and greaves. The speed at which it appeared was so quick that the Sky God could only reasonably suspect that he had been using it for a long time.
"That's an issue," she said slowly.
"May I ask why that is an issue?" Alex asked.
