"You remade your sword and you didn't even tell me about it?" she asked, her eyes glaring at him. "What if something went wrong? What if you became something like Godslayer?"
"I had the same thought, senior. It was only after I confirmed the circumstances surrounding my master's demise that I was certain that wouldn't happen," the Artifact God answered. "Reforging the sword was… safer at that point."
"Safer?" Bladedance caught the implication. "But not fully safe. Did something go wrong? Was that the explosion?"
Alex explained in detail what he had to do to forge the sword. When Bladedance heard that he had to sacrifice the heart of the Three-Legged Crow's corpse, she sucked in a deep breath.
"The heart of a Primordial is gone?" she asked.
"Yes. And its essence has been completely transformed into this," Alex said, bringing out Nightslayer.
Bladedance looked at the sword with a look of awe. "This is the Godslayer sword?" she asked.
"Yes," Alex answered.
