Alex brought out the Book of Boundless Treasures and read through it for a while. Even though he had read the book cover to cover many times before and had taken in every piece of information there was to get from it, he still chose to read it just in case it brought something to the front of his mind that he hadn't thought about for a while.
Unfortunately, reading it told him what he already knew.
The more Blood Essence he was missing, the harder it was to recover it.
Alex sighed and put the book away before slowly beginning to cultivate inside the platform, where time moved at about 16 years for every year outside. It had deteriorated for some time now, and he simply couldn't help it at all.
He had asked his aunt Liz to find the Divination God to empower the formation once more, but according to her, he was nowhere to be found. Apparently, with more of the Gods coming over, he had chosen to disappear.
