"Sorry, I got a bit late," I said, finally getting to the place where the guys were. It wasn't a big arcade, so finding them wasn't much of an issue. They were getting ready to play at one of the fighting game machines as I joined in.
"We were just getting started, don't worry," Nakamura said, leaning against the machine as Tanaka and Kobayashi sat next to each other on two machines. Kobayashi, for some reason, had rolled up his sleeves and looked really fired up to play. "Ever played this game?"
"Not really. I haven't really been in arcades much," I said, looking at the two in the character selection screen. Kobayashi chose a buff guy with blonde hair wearing a leather jacket, which, honestly, I can see him picking. Tanaka, on the other hand.
"Is that a…?"
"Bear? Yes, don't worry about it," Nakamura said, waving his hand. "Tanaka has explained to us why we have a bear in this game, but honestly, it makes as little sense as the baby dinosaur."
