"Nothing makes any sense anymore. I can't wrap my mind around it. I even opened the move list to see for some combos, and there was a star. A STAR?! What do you mean, star? How do I press a star where there is no button like that? Do I press them all at the same time, or do I just give up and pray for god to punish my enemies?" I started to rant after losing my fifth match in a row, as each one of them took turns to utterly decimate me. I think they were having a bit too much fun with it.
"The star means you just let go of the joystick for a moment and do not move it," Tanaka said. "It's a bit of a more intermediate thing, so don't sweat too much about it."
"How is anyone supposed to know that?" I asked, scratching my head.
"This franchise has been around for decades now, so a lot of this information is being learnt from others who have played this before you," Nakamura said, leaning against my machine. "And that's the sixth fried chicken you owe each of us."
