Chapter 12 - Sukrucuk and its Endless Torture

I had discovered one more new thing; there were two types of points I could collect due to my behaviors: goodness and evil points. I wonder what kind of effects these would have in the end?

"My friend, how did you do this?"

While crazy questions were wandering in my head, I was startled by a voice coming from my side; someone I saw for the first time had approached me because of what happened a moment ago.

"How did we do what?"

I answered by playing dumb; I wanted him to spill the beans.

"You said some things to the man, then he went and killed the Fallen easily; how did you do this?"

They didn't say for nothing that the sheikh doesn't fly but his disciples make him fly; this person, unaware of what was going on, had mistaken Sukrucuk's feature for my miracle.

"I have a special talent; I read and blow on you, and you are not affected by the attacks of creatures!"

I don't know why I said such a thing at all, but when I thought about it, I would realize that I did it to grasp the logic of behavior points.

"Sir, I don't want to suffer torment for eight hours, could you read and blow on me too!"

How bad despair and ignorance were; this person, whom I understood from his appearance to be middle-aged, had left his own destiny in my hands with just one word of mine.

"Stand in front of me, close your eyes; let me blow on you, you will turn into a hurricane!"

I had gotten completely carried away with the game; after saying a bismillah and murmuring slightly, I blew the deep breath I inhaled into the man's face.

"Go on my lion, tear that one on the edge apart!"

My eyes were sparkling while driving the poor man onto a Fallen separated from the group; almost a day had passed here, but this was the moment when my insides filled with the joy of living, almost reaching the peaks of fun.

"You are finished, man!"

The man was so prone to getting hyped up; he was shouting savagely when he came next to the Fallen named Raver lvl 1. He was in a good mood like me too, but unlike me grinning nastily with my feet inside the shield, he was unfortunately within the mob's attack range.

"Crack pop, Crack Pop!"

"Crack Pop, didn't work, one more time!"

Seeing the human running towards him, the Fallen started to dance by shaking his head back and forth. Before a second passed, while starting to make whisking movements with his hands like a kitchen mixer, he was spinning around his victim.

"Liar, dishonorable son of a bitch!"

The middle-aged man had started cursing like crazy, and on the other hand, he was also spinning madly to keep up with the rhythm.

This business didn't last long; the victim of fate, collapsing to the ground before a minute passed, would disappear and go away.

"Wow look at the sucker, do you run with salt to everyone saying I have a cucumber, you clown!"

I, on the other hand, was laughing savagely; I didn't remember a moment when I was so happy in my twenty-something years of life.

"Evil points received +5!"

"First trap bonus +5!"

The voice ringing in my head had come back, then I saw the big notebook opening. There was activity on the blood-red page; white letters were writing what the voice said.

It felt as if icy waters were poured down my neck; what was I doing? With what mind did I send the man into the mobs? I was like a prisoner of an unstoppable passion.

I had to gather my thoughts and think about this issue; if I couldn't find the reason for my actions, it wouldn't be a surprise if I repeated the same mistake in the future.

More than half an hour must have passed while I was sitting alone; while many thoughts were passing through my mind, I was sifting them through the sieve of logic.

"It must be because of here; doing evil must have given me an unpredictable pleasure because I am in Hell!"

There was no other explanation; there was no change in my mood while helping Sukrucuk, but I was cheerful like children while sending the man to his death.

It couldn't be this easy, right? Maybe we were being punished on the First Floor of Hell, but still, it should have difficulties worthy of its name.

"Heyt be! I swear you were telling the truth, the formless light said exactly what you said!"

Our fierce young man had returned in the meantime; I had decided to keep the event I experienced in mind. If this tiny act stimulated my feelings so much, I could become ready to start working as a trainee demon in greater evils.

"There are no lies with us, brother; now let's take a look at that skill book of yours if you want!"

Upon my words, Sukrucuk turned the face of the book he held in his hand; two words were written on it with pale gold leaf letters.

"Unbreakable Will"

It was obvious from his every state that what he experienced excited my new partner very much; he didn't wait long, opened its cover quickly, and started reading the book.

Sukrucuk had turned into an idol for ten seconds; when he opened his tightly closed eyes, I could almost see the flames scattering around too.

"First the name, then this skill... Is this a joke, friend? I mean, can you go this hard on a human!"

I was aware of what was happening; I had experienced the same feelings when I first met my skill. Luckily, ironically, the punching given to me wasn't that bad.

"Brother, you calm down; first read me the list starting with Name, let's see if there is a change in yours too."

"Wait a minute, hold on now, how was it? Heh, I found it, listen well, I'm telling!"

Name: Sukrucuk

Title: Sinner

Level: 1

Health Points: 10

Mana Points: 10

Energy: 10

Attack: 10

Defense: 10

Strength: 1

Endurance: 1

Agility: 1

Wisdom: 1

Skill: Unbreakable Will

Profession: None

While Sukrucuk was saying all these in one breath, I was comparing them with my own statistics; as a result, everything was the same except that our skills were different.

"Brother, all values are equal except skills; also tell me the description of the skill!"

"Oh, don't even ask about that, I go crazy as I look at it!"

The man turned all colors in the face of my request; obviously, there was a sharp humor involved again.

"What's done is done, come on say it, let's see what your miracle is!"

I tried to persuade Sukrucuk by talking in a way close to his speaking style; luckily, he spilled the features of his skill without resisting much.

Unbreakable Will

Level 1

10% of the damage taken is used to refill health points; blows received from more than one enemy are multiplied by increasing 2% per person.

In case of retaliating against incoming blows, a one-second freezing effect is received.

Level two requirement: Take 10,000 hits while the technique is active.

When I heard the skill features completely, I felt like lying on the ground and prostrating; what kind of a test was this? This book had literally turned the man into a whipping boy.

"Brother, did you understand my trouble now? These will always hit me, and if I retaliate, I will have to stay motionless for a second. What kind of skill is this? Are my hands picking pears? Will everyone passing by beat me now!"

Sukrucuk was rebelling and he was right to the end in his own way; I urgently needed to say something to calm him down.

"Brother stop, don't panic, calm down!"

"Oh leave it, how will I be calm? Will I wander around like a movie extra!"

"Look, I will explain the event to you now; you just come and sit for a moment, catch your breath for two minutes, everything will be very beautiful, don't be afraid!"
