Izumi Sena is a genius in the medical world and has already performed many surgeries in his 14. And right now, he is seeking refreshment since his brain needs it. He accidentally saw a promotion video about Sword Art Online and decided to play it, which is a good choice. I mean, what kind of crazy people study 12 hours a day?

We could see many teleportation effects on this floor, which means many players have already logged into this game, and Rei is one of them. Rei is still checking his surrounding, like moving his body around or tasting the air inside the game.
"Hmm… this whole thing is new for me," Rei said. His avatar almost has the same look as him in real life, just a different hair and hair colour. His hair is long, reaching his waist. His appearance is also lovely and matches his dark coral hair.
Satisfied with it, Rei strolled around the city, familiarizing himself with this new environment. Rei looked at one of the windows in the house. "This is unexpected. I am so beautiful." Rei chuckled. Even his voice changed drastically. 'This is simply amazing for a G.I.R.L, Guy In Real life. Alright, let's stop these dad jokes.' Rei thought as he continued to walk.
He also found an equipment store. 'Well, since this is a fantasy world, I should buy a weapon, right?' Rei entered the store and looked at a brown-haired woman standing in the cashier. The cashier is simply a beauty. If she exists in real life, I am sure she will be a popular model.
Rei shifted his gaze to the weapon in the shop, which looked very shiny in his eyes. "I know this is an equipment store, but there are many weapon types in this place." Yep, there are so many types of weapons—Sword, Staff, Axe, Scimitar, Spear, Shield, Scythe, etc. After spending time looking around, Rei decided to buy a Long sword.

And finally, a yellow aura covered Rei's long sword. Rei smiled and swung it directly into the boar's head. *Slash* Rei swung it horizontally and caused the boar to die instantly. It's a beautiful hit but, Rei seemed didn't satisfy. "Hmm… I guess we can't separate them from their body, huh?" Rei was hoping he could separate the boar's body in two but, he couldn't.
"Well, it's a waste, but, ok." Rei can understand why. And it's because people might have a trauma or be disgusted if they can separate an entity-body into two. Rei continues to defeat many wild boars since it's enjoyable to fight with your own body.
Without knowing, it's already evening. Rei hoped to see a sunset in this game, wondering how nice it would be. "Overall, this game is entertaining to play. I will come to this place again with Yuuki if she gets better. Rei wanted to log out soon but, he waited until the sunset.
Very unfortunate of him… Before seeing a sunset, he suddenly teleported into the spawn point. A blue light starts to cover itself. *Wush*Rei frowned since he was forced to teleport. He looked around and saw many players around him. Rei also hears them panicking because of some reason. At first, Rei thought it was just some kind of event.
It wasn't clear until someone pointed to the sky. I also followed the other and looked to the sky. A [Warning] sign… It's just one, but it quickly multiplied into many. I can see a red fluid coming out from the sign if I look carefully.
The red fluid slowly formed up a red hood with a black face. Everyone was panicking, and the situation became very noisy again. The hooded entity didn't say anything, not even move, making the situation uncontrollable.
"Greeting, right now, I am the only one who could control this world. I am Akihiko Kayaba." Many people seemed surprised included me. Every gamer or person that lives in the medical and technology world would know this guy—the creator of Sword Art Online, the Genius Akihiko Kayaba.

Many people are surprised by it and become very mad but, what could they do? "What bullshit is this!?" Rei still has his promise to save his cousin, Yuuki. If the only way to get out were to finish this game, it would take along. And until that time, I didn't know how bad Yuuki's condition would go.

"What is happening?" Many people keep screaming and panicking. It took a few seconds until the blue light was gone.
I could see their appearance changed very much from girl to a boy, from handsome to ugly, or the same. I checked my inventory and saw an item named mirror. Without any doubt, it's the item that makes this thing happen.
"Many of you must be wondering why Akihiko Kayaba did this. My dream is fulfilled, to create this world and intervene in it. And now… it's complete. It's the end of the official tutorial from sword art online." He said before disappearing from here. All of the warning signs also vanished in a blink.
Many people are panicking and crying over it. But, not many people also regained their thought and decided to level up. Rei bites his nail and thinks about how long he will spend his time in this place. It's just his outside looks pretty calm, but, insides, his thought is very messy.
But, Rei quickly regained his composure. Thinking about it wouldn't help anything. Rei can't predict the future. He decided to level up more since he knows the resources in MMORPG are limited. His main objective is to get out from here as fast he can. But, before he does it, he wants to scream something to relieve his stress a bit. "Curse you, Kayaba!" Rei screamed as he quickly ran outside of the city.
