Inside the police car.
Sydney Sawyer tilted her head, looking out at the Keston nightscape with a thoughtful frown.
"Sis, what's wrong?" Chester Sawyer tilted his head to look at her. "You haven't said a word since we got in the car. We're the victims here, just going to the station to cooperate. You don't have to worry."
"I just can't figure something out." Sydney Sawyer pursed her lips. "I'm not surprised Andrea Wyatt showed up. Kiara Dillon must have notified her, wanting her to come and laugh at me. But why was Sebastian there?"
"You didn't call him?"
Chester Sawyer knew they were supposed to have dinner together tonight, so he thought his sister had specially called him for backup.
"This is hardly something to be proud of. Why would I drag him into this? I'm afraid after tonight, he'll think I'm some aggressive brute. The wonderful image I've always maintained is completely shattered."
Sydney Sawyer was worried about her image.
