After what happened last time, Chester Sawyer didn't dare set foot in a bar again. "Sebastian, you go in and look," he said. "I'll wait out here in case my sister comes out and we miss her."
Sebastian Lockwood nodded. Just as he entered the bar, he heard people discussing the exciting story of four young women brutally taking down a cheating scumbag.
Listening, he just curled his lip into a smile.

According to the photo Chester Sawyer had shown him, Sydney Sawyer should have been in one of the bar's booths, but as Sebastian Lockwood scanned the room, he saw no familiar figure.
Just as he was about to ask someone for help, his phone vibrated. It was a call from Donovan Sheridan.
"No word from you for so long? Did you make it to Meridia?"
Sebastian Lockwood had driven over right after work, a fact Donovan Sheridan was well aware of.
