When Sydney Sawyer woke up, it was already past ten in the morning the next day.
Her head was pounding. Propping herself up, she sat on the bed and realized she was still wearing last night's clothes. The lingering smell of alcohol was unpleasant.
Memories of the previous night came flooding back in fragments.

Her roommates were already awake, and at the first sign of movement from her, all their heads snapped in her direction.
