In the hotel bathroom
The trash can at Sydney Sawyer's feet was overflowing with used tissues. She was dabbing at her dress with a wet towel, trying to blot out the lingering alcohol stains.
"I have some antiseptic wipes here." Sebastian Lockwood handed her a pack he had just dug out of his suitcase.
"Thank you."
Chester Sawyer hadn't eaten much tonight, so what he threw up was mostly just alcohol.
The smell was awful, it clung to her clothes, and it was incredibly hard to wipe off.
Sebastian Lockwood leaned against the doorframe, watching Sydney Sawyer, but his peripheral vision was still on Chester Sawyer.
A certain someone had sneakily turned over, his back now facing him.
'This kid throws up and then plays dead?'
"Not coming out?"
"It's a little difficult."
Sydney Sawyer was about to lose her mind. She had specially dressed up to look pretty today, and she had only worn this dress twice.
'Did her father have this little brother specifically to be her bane?'
