Seeing someone who easily lifted her brother by the collar like a kitten or puppy, Bella Meyer was stunned. It was the indifferent-faced gentleman she met yesterday.
Allen Sheldon, upon encountering the familiar face of Isaac Meyer inside, anticipated her presence outside.
"May I ask what's happened to my brother?" Bella Meyer inquired.
She didn't assume her brother was being bullied and question Allen about it; she was simply concerned about what happened to him.

Allen put Isaac Meyer down and said indifferently, "He was being bullied inside, hit his head on someone, was pushed down, and I saved him."

The actual situation was that Isaac, moving too much and too slowly at the urinal, was insulted by a slightly drunk person who said he was a "loser" who couldn't even unzip his pants and added some derogatory remarks.
