Polly Sutton had seen Victor Parker nervous before, but this was the first time she saw him so nervous it bordered on foolishness.
At this moment, the pain wasn't as intense. Leaning against Victor Parker, she even felt that if the pain continued, Victor would be the first to faint.
Polly Sutton reached out to hold Victor Parker's hand, "It's okay, don't worry."
Victor nodded, not sure whether he'd heard her or not, but the grip he had on Polly's hand was truly tight.
All the way to the hospital, Polly Sutton was sent into the delivery room. Victor wanted to go in but was stopped outside. Polly told him to take a shower; otherwise, he'd have a problem holding the baby later.
Victor was in a daze now, basically doing whatever Polly said.
When Grace Yates and Jonathan Jones arrived, Polly was still in the delivery room. Victor had finished his shower and changed into the clothes Andrew Lindsey had brought over, finally clearing his mind a bit.
