Luke and Jackson walked outside the ward, knocked on the door, and then pushed it open to enter.
Rebecca Mozer was sitting on the hospital bed, and her complexion was much better than yesterday.
A thin white man was also sitting beside the bed, wearing a pink suit, engaging in a soft conversation with Rebecca Mozer.
Luke greeted, "Ms. Mozer, is your health improving?"
"Thank you for your concern, I'm much better," Rebecca Mozer replied and said to the man in the pink suit, "These two are the officers investigating the robbery case, Captain Li and Detective Beach."
The man in the pink suit stood up and introduced himself, "I'm Rebecca's manager, Wendell Duma.
You officers arrived just in time, I was hoping to learn about the progress of the investigation."
Luke wasn't surprised to see Rebecca Mozer's manager here; if the manager didn't show up for a long time, that would be a problem.
