"No, how could I..." Randell forced a laugh to hide the suggestive tone and spoke in a lowered voice.
"Young master, last night Miss Tracy brought you back. I called and she answered the phone. What happened later? Did you two...?"
"She brought me back?" Lorraine Hanson frowned, really having no recollection at all.
"What? You don't remember?" Randell was stunned. He didn't expect the young master was that drunk last night. Since he couldn't even remember who brought him home, what else could have happened afterwards?!
Sigh, it was a waste getting excited for nothing. After making the call yesterday, he thought the young master and Miss Tracy had a spark. He couldn't contain his joy and couldn't keep his mouth shut; he even went to report it to the madam specially.
It was late at night then, so the madam feared disturbing the old lady's rest and only went to tell her this morning.
